Another PC Hotfix is available!

We’ve released another hotfix for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC. On top of further overall stability improvements it also introduces a number of fixes, including:
  • fixes to photo mode,
  • fixes to the Arabic language in the game,
  • fix to the bug with toxicity stuck at max level,
  • Steam Deck improvements,
  • and more.

The game version won’t change.

If you’re experiencing any issues with the game, please send a report to our support via their website. This will greatly help us in tracking and resolving the problems. Thank you!

A fresh hotfix means The Witcher 3's next-gen update might work now

The Witcher 3's next-gen update was borked on PC, but a fresh hotfix from developers CD Projeckt Red might have just unborked it. They say the update to the update "should improve the overall stability and performance", which will hopefully be especially good news for anyone trying to de-neck nekkers on an ageing graphics card.

Witcher 3 next-gen gets PC stability improvements from CD Projekt Red

The Witcher 3 next-gen port has been a bit of a mess on PC, and even the best Witcher 3 settings haven't saved everyone's copy of the RPG game on their rig. That said, developer CD Projekt Red has been collecting player feedback, with a hotfix now released.
