Our First Fashion Contest!
Hey, little critters!
Time really flies, seeing as the 1 year anniversary of Artificial Fashionista is already coming up!
(If that sounds early to you, it's because it was published on Itch.io 2 months before coming to Steam!)
For this special occasion, I have exciting things planned, the first of which being:
[h2]The FINAL DLC PACK[/h2]
Breaking free from seasonal constraints, this pack features the 5 outfits that were previously available for a limited time on my Ko-fi, and 3 unrevealed outfits: A secret surprise, a community-voted look, and a very special outfit that can be designed by one of you!
...Wait, what do I mean by "designed by one of you"?
I'm glad you asked, because that leads me to our very first:
[h2]Community Fashion Contest[/h2]
Just like in the game's finale, all of you are cordially invited to design your best Celebration look for this special occasion! Though what exact kind of celebration it is will be left up to you. Feel free to interpret the theme in creative ways, be it a game anniversary celebration, a cocktail party, an office Christmas party - just make sure to keep that "Fancy" stat high!
The winner gets to suggest or design one outfit that will be in the final DLC pack, and both the winner and two runner-ups will get free DLC keys!

After this final DLC, Artificial Fashionista likely won't be getting any new content anymore, but that doesn't mean the dress-up fun has to end! This project has taught me a lot, and I'm always looking for ways to make my next ones even better!

- Added the option to automatically filter a specific challenge's tags! (Either by clicking on them directly, or in the filter menu.)
- Removed the "best score" aspect from challenge mode. Just sit back and enjoy making pretty looks!

Although Artificial Fashionista didn't reach as many people as I had hoped, this small but dedicated community makes all the hard work worth it. It always brightens my day seeing all the creative looks you post in the community!
I won't take away too much, but look forward to another big announcement next month!

- Removed the "Snapshot" button during story mode since it may accidentally expose your name during streams.
- Hair color no longer resets to blonde when switching to a registered look.

The Winter DLC is here!

I'm happy to announce the winter DLC is now out:

As your vote decided, the 5 included outfits are: Santa, Reindeer, New Year Kimono, Sugar Plum Fairy, and Snow Queen!
Thank you for your amazing suggestions and active participation in the poll! Since it was a really close call, I made the Reindeer look incorporate some of the "bundled up" elements. I tried my best to make sure there's something for everyone in this set!

I converted almost all of the assets to a much more lightweight image format, which should noticeably improve the game performance. (At least for me, it really started to struggle on pages with a ton of items.) Unfortunately, it's possible this will cause a few compatibility errors (even though I tried my best to get rid of them), so let me know when that happens, and I'll fix them ASAP!
Last but not least, for a limited time, anyone booting up the game will get the "Low Twintail" hairstyle for free! Afterwards, it will remain an exclusive part of the winter DLC. I hope you enjoy, and I can't wait to see all your cute looks!
