The scope of content and level of detail involved also make it considerably more demanding in terms of budget and development effort. In addition to the core plans that are already close to completion, we have several additional ideas and directions we would love to bring into the game but were not able to include within the current scope. Bringing these ideas to life requires extra time and resources.[/p][p]A Kickstarter campaign will allow us to unlock the game’s full potential, further expand and refine its key systems, and add new and exciting content. Your support will directly help make the game deeper, richer, and more cohesive overall.[/p][p]While the campaign has not yet started, we invite you to follow the project page so you don’t miss the launch and can be among the first to learn all the details.[/p][p][/p][p]We’ll be ready to share much more very soon. [p]Greetings![/p][p]We’re excited to announce the upcoming playtest for [color]The Life and Suffering of Prince Jerian[/color] — a long-awaited chance to finally play the game. Many of you have been asking whether there will be a demo or when you’ll be able to play, and now the time has come. During the playtest, you’ll have access to the [color]entire first chapter[/color] of the game.[/p][h3]HOW TO JOIN[/h3][p][color]We’ve already opened applications for the playtest[/color], and you can sign up right now on the game’s store page. The playtest is currently planned as limited and closed, with access being granted at random.[/p][p]To join, simply sign up on the game’s store page and click the green [color]“Request Access”[/color] button. If selected, you’ll receive a notification via the email linked to your Steam account. You can also check your application status at any time on the game’s Steam page.[/p][p]We’ll announce when the playtest goes live and access begins to roll out in a separate post.[/p][h3]PLAYTEST GOALS[/h3][p]The main goal of this playtest is to give you a closer look at the game and gather your feedback on its key aspects and overall experience — what you enjoy, what you don’t, and what could be improved. Reflections on Identity and Duty

While studying one of the journals, we came across this deeply personal note, filled with inner tension. It seems that Jerian was caught between two opposing forces. But what exactly were they?



Was it the burden of the crown? Expectations from the court? Or something more personal? What responsibilities made it so hard for him to be himself? What do you think?

Pain and the Mirror

This next note struck us with its rawness. The pain described here goes beyond the physical — it’s piercing, existential. The reflection in the mirror no longer feels like his own.
