FAQ
1. Can I play the game during pre-download?
- No. Pre-download only provides the client. Official launch begins on March 6, 2025, 4:00 AM (PST).

2. Will there be updates after pre-download?
- The pre-download includes the full client. A hotfix will be required at launch.

3. When can I start to play FragPunk?
- The server will officially open on March 6th at 4PM (PST). On the first day, there might be queues. If it happens, we will try to expand capacity as quickly as possible.

4. Why can't I Pre-load?
A: Before pre-loading, you need to add the game to your Library and then click to download it from the store page or your game library. If you have already participated in the pre-order, you can download it directly from your Library.
