Dev Log #13 - The Packback

This will be a very short dev log it have -99% photos but +50% more words

The whole modifiers system are being redesigned. There will be something called "condition" like "If In City Biome" it will attached to modifiers to be "+100% Damage If In City Biome". Now Imagine the possibilities mixing modifiers with conditions. Didnt want to post anything about the new system until I got it to work. Trying so hard to release an early access in Q2.
