We are planning to commence maintenance activities on updating the server infrastructure tomorrow at 7.00 AM UTC. During that time, players may experience difficulties while accessing the game.

However, if you launched the game before the start of the maintenance activities, you would remain in the game world and be able to continue playing until the game is restarted.

The maintenance activities will last for about 3 hours.

New Party-Finding Mechanic

Looking for comrades is now becoming easier! New mechanic arrives in Royal Quest

A brand-new party-finding interface is coming to the game on February 11!

That’s how it works:

- the search occurs in the location you are in while taking into account the difference in character levels;
- the search starts with the level difference of 5, then it extends by 5 levels with each minute passed finally reaching the maximum level difference of 25;
- if you move to another location, the search continues there.
But that’s not all:

- parties are merged automatically;

- the leader of a larger party becomes the leader of a merged party;
- the search is off either when a party has 8 players, or when the leader turns the search off;
- a leader can initiate the search if their party has less than 8 players;
- the search icon is visible only to the party leader, while new players join the party immediately.

🛠️On February 4, from 05 AM (UTC), servers will undergo planning maintenance. Estimated completion time: 8 AM (UTC).

The active Premium accounts' and Trading spots' time will be extended for the downtime.

Today we would like to share with you some concept arts of Zeebo - a real menace to adventure-seekers in Royal Quest!

But what was Zeebo's journey from concept art to becoming a game character?

Royal Quest's team regularly comes up with new content, as you know. Game designers and artists meet to share their thoughts, sketch and record the results of endless brainstorm sessions, so that they can come back to them when the time is ripe.

And so the idea for a new boss was hovering in the air. Yet another meeting, another round of fierce debate. Our creative team was discussing the monster's appearance, sharing concepts and making drafts, while a cheerful toothy mimic was looking at them from the whiteboard.... Before long, it all came together!

Zeebo was added to the game on April 9, 2024. He's a true master of mimicry: Zeebo replicates other bosses' attacks and changes elements right during combat. He is also a sort of “test of the pen” - the first boss created by the renewed Royal Quest team.

We are already working on more and more bosses, but it's a story for another time!
