Wanna be a STEAMengeneer?

Dear Friends,
Today several items will appear in the DLC category: “Hero Power”, “Gifts of the Alchemist” and “Path to Treasure”.


The “Hero Power” DLC includes the “Steamengineer Costume Box”.

Once you open the box, you will receive the following items:

• Exomechanist Costume/ Exomechanistess Costume (bound to account);
• Male Steamengineer Costume / Female Steamengineer Costume (bound to account).

When opened, the Costume and style will be adjusted to your character's gender.

The new style is made in Steam gamma and can only be obtained on this platform.




The “Gifts of the Alchemist” DLC includes the following items:

• Elixir of the Pale Moon (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Blind Fury (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Might (x12, bound to account);
• Royal Guard’s Elixir (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Life Force (x12, bound to account);
• Treasure Hunter’s Elixir (x12, bound to account).





The “Path to Treasure” DLC includes the following items:

• Crystal Key (x4, bound to account);
• Golden Key (x8, bound to account);
• Iron Key (x20, bound to account).




Purchased items from the DLC will be delivered to the Golden Chest in the character selection menu.

If you have purchased the DLC, but items from it are not visible in the Golden Chest, please pick up any daily reward in the character selection menu - this action will update the list of items in the Golden Chest and all items in it will become visible..

Also, a quick reminder that items in the DLC category can be added to your WishList for notification if discounts are launched.

The maintenance work has been completed. All servers are available.

During the maintenance work, technical problems were fixed, the consequences of some players using the bug with additional rewards via Steam have been eliminated.

- Accounts of players who used this bug are currently blocked. Items obtained with the help of the bug will be removed. You can contact Support if you have any questions about blocked account.

- «Royal Inspiration» bonus is extended until December 22 8:59 PM GMT. It gives:
+25% to EXP for killing monsters and quests
+10% to drop rate (also affects bosses' chests drop rate).

- Also, every player who has logged in or tried to log in in the past two days will receive additional rewards in the Chest in the character select menu:
- 3 days of Premium status,
- Large trading place (24 hours) x3.

Issue fixed

Dear players,
Approximate time of the maintenance completion: 3 PM GMT.

- The causes of the technical issues that triggered the major breakdown have been identified and fixed. At the moment we are running final stability tests of the servers and preparing for their launch.

- All accounts whose owners actively used the bug to get additional gifts via Steam will be blocked. In-game entities obtained as a result of using the bug, as well as items reinforced by them will be removed from the game.

The final stage of the maintenance work

Dear friends,
At 11 AM GMT Aztec and Ortos servers will be shut down.

This is required for the final stage of the maintenance work.
We do our best to open the game for you as soon as possible.

P.S. We would like to draw the attention of players who have linked their Steam account to BASE, but chose to save the progress of an empty account (i.e. lost access to characters from the BASE account), you can contact Support to restore your characters.

Technical works

Dear friends,
Maintenance work did not affect the servers Ortos and Aztec. We are in the middle of fixing Astus, Ignis, Helios and Pyros servers.

During the technical issues that occurred last night, some players were able to receive gifts for logging in via Steam more times than announced. The items received in this way will be removed, the number of gifts on the accounts of these players that will remain as announced. We thank everyone who reacted quickly and informed us about the problem with the gifts.
