[h2]Defenders of Elenia, Welcome![/h2][p]A week has passed since the transition to the new version of the server architecture, and we would like to summarize the interim results.[/p][p]Let's start with things that are not so noticeable to players, although they constitute an important part of how the game works:[/p]

• [p]Regional servers are now isolated, so that any issues in one region no longer affect the others;[/p]
• [p]Character selection screen is loading faster now;[/p]
• [p]Stability of the overall system and individual services (game chat, guild chat, loading of individual locations) has been improved.[/p]

[hr][/hr][p]Can you recall how this transition started with two stages of the Open Beta Test? More than half of the active players took part in testing the new system and searching for errors![/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p]It is worth noting that after the transition to the new system, a number of unpleasant issues occurred—from unscheduled maintenance last Friday (an error occurred on July 18, which was not related to the architecture changes) to individual malfunctions for some users. Among them:[/p]

• [p]Players detected incorrect duration when activating Premium Account;[/p]
• [p]Some character skills were reset;[/p]
• [p]Players couldn’t assign traders and so on.[/p]

[p]We did our best to fix these issues this Wednesday, July 23.[/p][p]At the moment, we can see that the issues for the majority of players have been resolved, but for some they still persist. We continue investigating this situation and would greatly appreciate it if you inform us in the comments or through Support Team whether you are still experiencing any of the difficulties listed above. Your feedback is very helpful for the game’s development![/p][hr][/hr][p]In conclusion, we would like to share two more things:[/p]

• [p]Fixes for errors related to Zatras’ Totem and game crashes while dismounting have been passed to our QA for testing;[/p]
• [p]Starting from 13:00 (UTC) on July 25 until 20:59 (UTC) on July 27, the Royal Inspiration bonus will be activated on all servers, giving +50% Loot Drop chance and +50% Experience.[/p]
