New year is approaching, and we plan to launch many different activities that will bring you rewards.

Today we start contest for Steam “Light, Camera, Action!”.


1. Capture and edit an interesting video not shorter than 2 minutes about your adventures on Royal Quest Online servers.

2. Upload the video to the Royal Quest Online Community Center - to the Video section.

3. The video must not violate the game rules or our community rules.

4. The video must be new and must not have been posted anywhere else before.

5. In the description of the video, please specify the server and the nickname of the character to whom we will send the reward in case of winning.

6. By posting the video, the author confirms that the materials he used are made by him or taken from other sources with the permission of the authors of the materials used.

Rewards:.

The first 25 participants who posted their videos in line with the contest rules from December 26 to January 14 inclusive will receive 14 days of Premium status.

Among all participants who posted their videos in line with the rules from December 26 to January 14 inclusive, one Super Prize will be drawn, which we will announce on December 27.

Any player can participate. Any player can post any number of contest videos, but only the first video posted will be taken into consideration. One player cannot get more than 14 days of Premium for the contest.

The contest results and rewarding will take place after January 15 (but not later than January 21).

Today several items will appear in the DLC category: “Hero Power”, “Gifts of the Alchemist” and “Path to Treasure”.


The “Hero Power” DLC includes the “Steamengineer Costume Box”.

Once you open the box, you will receive the following items:

• Exomechanist Costume/ Exomechanistess Costume (bound to account);
• Male Steamengineer Costume / Female Steamengineer Costume (bound to account).

When opened, the Costume and style will be adjusted to your character's gender.

The new style is made in Steam gamma and can only be obtained on this platform.




The “Gifts of the Alchemist” DLC includes the following items:

• Elixir of the Pale Moon (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Blind Fury (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Might (x12, bound to account);
• Royal Guard’s Elixir (x12, bound to account);
• Elixir of Life Force (x12, bound to account);
• Treasure Hunter’s Elixir (x12, bound to account).





The “Path to Treasure” DLC includes the following items:

• Crystal Key (x4, bound to account);
• Golden Key (x8, bound to account);
• Iron Key (x20, bound to account).




Purchased items from the DLC will be delivered to the Golden Chest in the character selection menu.

If you have purchased the DLC, but items from it are not visible in the Golden Chest, please pick up any daily reward in the character selection menu - this action will update the list of items in the Golden Chest and all items in it will become visible..

Also, a quick reminder that items in the DLC category can be added to your WishList for notification if discounts are launched.

The maintenance work has been completed. All servers are available.

During the maintenance work, technical problems were fixed, the consequences of some players using the bug with additional rewards via Steam have been eliminated.

- Accounts of players who used this bug are currently blocked. Items obtained with the help of the bug will be removed. You can contact Support if you have any questions about blocked account.

- «Royal Inspiration» bonus is extended until December 22 8:59 PM GMT. It gives:
+25% to EXP for killing monsters and quests
+10% to drop rate (also affects bosses' chests drop rate).

- Also, every player who has logged in or tried to log in in the past two days will receive additional rewards in the Chest in the character select menu:
- 3 days of Premium status,
- Large trading place (24 hours) x3.

Approximate time of the maintenance completion: 3 PM GMT.

- The causes of the technical issues that triggered the major breakdown have been identified and fixed. At the moment we are running final stability tests of the servers and preparing for their launch.

- All accounts whose owners actively used the bug to get additional gifts via Steam will be blocked. In-game entities obtained as a result of using the bug, as well as items reinforced by them will be removed from the game.
