[p]Greetings, friends! [/p][p]On October 7, 2025, during maintenance, the Ortos and Aztec game worlds will be merged. We would like to share the details of the merger and how this will affect game accounts.[/p][p][/p][h3]Characters[/h3][p]— All characters will be fully transferred to the new server — Solus. This includes achievements, collections, wallets, mail, inventories, storages, friends lists, guilds, pets, mounts, quests, existing buffs, activated premium, consumables and other attributes and progression. [/p][p]— If there are characters with identical names on the merging servers, the name of the source server will be added in parentheses to the nickname. [/p][p]— If these characters belong to the same account, the original name will be reserved for that account until October 28–30 (depending on the maintenance date). [/p][p]— If the characters belong to different accounts, the user who does it first will be able to rename their character to the original name. During this period, the cost of changing a name will be 1 Real; all users will be credited with the number of Reales corresponding to the number of characters. You can do this on the character selection screen, in the Services section in the lower-right corner.[/p][p]— If at the time of the merge you have more than 10 characters in total, they will be retained beyond the limit. In general, the combined server keeps the standard character limit of 10. If the limit is exceeded, to create new characters you will need to delete the "extra" ones (over 9). [/p][p]— After the merge, characters may appear in the list in an arbitrary order. All characters are preserved, and you can change their order using the arrows on the right side of the character card. [/p][p]— Characters deleted before the merge will be kept in the database and will remain available for restoration.[/p][p][/p][h3]Storage and Mail[/h3][p]— From your account storage, all items will be withdrawn and sent by mail to one of your characters (by default, this is the first character in the list after the server merge). [/p][p]— Letters sent on the eve of the server merge but not collected by recipients will remain in the recipients’ mailboxes. [/p][p]— All inventories, character storages, and the Golden Chest in the character selection menu will remain unchanged.[/p][p][/p][h3]Guilds[/h3][p]— Guilds, their members, shop, storage, history, greetings and notes, icons, currency, ranks will be transferred to the new server. [/p][p]— If there are guilds with identical names on the merging servers, the name of the source server will be appended in parentheses to the guild name. All such guilds will be credited with 10 million Guild Coins for renaming.[/p][p][/p][h3]Trade[/h3][p]— No additional zones for placing Trading Spots will be added. [/p][p]— All Trading Spots that have not expired by the start of maintenance on the day of the merge will stop operating. Listed items will be returned by mail to their owners. The item itself — Trading Spot — will be returned by mail to its owner and bound to the account. [/p][p]— At the time the merge maintenance is completed, all zones for placing Trading Spots will be free.[/p][p][/p][h3]Miscellaneous[/h3][p]— The address book with saved player names for correspondence will be cleared. [/p][p]— The daily gifts list will not be reset. You will continue receiving daily gifts from the same day you left off before the server merge. [/p][p]— Rankings (for example, Aggressor, Duellist) from both servers will be merged into a single shared ranking. [/p][p]— The health of world bosses will not be increased.[/p][p]— The boss respawn timer will remain as is, since Ortos and Aztec had identical settings. [/p][p]— The Spring counter is summed. If after combining there are more Springs than required to summon the SpringBot boss, the counter will be set to 1 Spring less than the maximum. Their total value must not exceed the budget available to them within the Program.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Before hosting a giveaway, creators must agree with the Program curator on the contest rules, the number of winners and the prizes.[/p][p][/p][p]The format of the giveaway can include: quizzes, random winner determination, contests and other competition formats that can be evaluated based on predefined criteria.[/p][p][/p][p]After a giveaway, creators collect the contact details (server, nickname) from the winning players and forward them to the Creator Program curator.[/p][p][/p][p]Rewards for the Creator's subscribers are credited within 7 days after the Creator has provided the winners' data to the Creator Program curator. The game's administration is responsible for crediting the rewards.[/p][p][/p][h2]Communication[/h2][p][/p][p]The official Royal Quest Online Discord server is used for communicating with the participants. Upon separate request, we can communicate on Telegram; however, all important news regarding the Creators Program will be published exclusively on Discord.[/p][p][/p][p]Receiving the Royal Creator role on our Discord server informs other community members about the streamer's entry into the Creator Program.[/p][p][/p][p]Exclusion from the Program implies the removal of this role.[/p][p][/p][h2]How to Join the Creators Program?[/h2]

• [p]If you are 18 years old or older, you can contact the community manager through private messages on Discord and submit an application.[/p]
• [p]You will need to provide a link to your channel, as well as your gaming data (main character nickname, server, level, class).[/p]
• [p]To become a Royal Quest Online Creator, your channel's metrics must meet at least the requirements for the first participation level of the Program (subscribers + views). For more information, please contact ourcommunity manager or program curator.[/p]
• [p]In case your participation is approved, you will receive a special role in Discord and access to the special category—Creators Hub. There you can agree on your giveaways, submit your monthly statistics, communicate with other creators and find unique materials about the game.[/p]

At the beginning of each month, creators submit their activity statistics for the previous month to the Royal Quest Online team through a special feedback form.[/p][p][/p][p]After the project team has received and analyzed the statistics, those creators, who have met the Program's conditions, will receive the rewards on their personal game accounts based on the levels they have achieved.[/p][p][/p][p]You can change the game account to which the reward is credited upon a separate agreement with the team.[/p][p][/p][h2]Exclusion from the Creators Program[/h2][p]A participant can be excluded from the Program in case of violation of the terms and/or failure to meet the requirements of the Crators Program.[/p][p][/p][p]In case of violations by a participant of the Creators Program, the administration reserves the right to exclude them from the Program without monthly rewards and without providing any prizes for giveaways.[/p][p][/p][p]Violations include fraud in the form of awarding participants of giveaways in collusion, misleading participants of giveaways or negligent conduct in the organization of giveaways.[/p][p][/p]
