Participants of previous Beta Tests retain access, with no additional action required. Several thousand additional access invites will be distributed to new Captains who are ready to join the fight. Please note: Requesting access does not guarantee a spot in the Closed Beta Test unless you participated in the previous Steam Beta Test. Invitations will be distributed in random waves and are limited in number, so please keep an eye on your email to ensure you don’t miss your access notification.

We do not have a fixed release date just yet. Once it is ready for release on Steam, we will let you know!

What are the required specs to play?

Where do I sign up for the Beta Test?

Head to our Steam page and click the "Request Access" button.[/p][p]You'll receive an email from Steam if you're accepted to the Beta Test, and your application status will be visible on the Steam store page of World of Warships: Legends.[/p][p]Please note that spaces are limited and access is not guaranteed.[/p][p][/p][p]I was part of the first beta test. Do I keep my access?[/p][p]Yes, you keep your access in case you already had access during our first beta test!

Will there be a progression wipe before release?

You will be able to keep your account progress from test to test, but you will start from scratch on release

What platforms is the game available on?

The game is available on Xbox, PlayStation, Android, iOS, and PC (Steam beta)!

Is there crossplay between the Steam, console, and mobile versions of World of Warships: Legends?

Upon release, we plan to have full crossplay between all platforms.

During the Steam Beta, you will be playing on a separate server, as there are still missing features compared to the console and mobile versions.

Can I link my existing World of Warships: Legends account from console or mobile?

That is not currently supported, as we are focused on adding all features that are already present on other platforms before we can consider it. Stay tuned for any updates about it!

Can I use a gamepad/controller?
While the focus is still on mouse and keyboard right now, the game now supports controllers in Port and battle, with more improvements coming in future! [/p][p][/p][p]Can I play World of Warships: Legends on my Steam Deck?[/p][p]Yes! There is now experimental support for playing Legends on Steam Deck. We still plan to make various UI improvements in future updates, but feel free to give it a try and let us know what you think!

How long are battles in World of Warships: Legends?
It varies based on the battle type, with the overall averages being around 5–8 minutes and the maximum possible battle time being 15 minutes for Standard Battles.

What game modes/battle types are available?

Versus AI, Arcade, Standard, Brawl and Ranked Battles are now supported in the Steam version.[/p][p]Note: Some modes listed above may not be available during this Playtest

Can I stream the game or create content about it?

Yes, feel free to create content about it. Please keep in mind that this is a test version and many features are still missing for parity with the already released versions on console and mobile.

The UI, controls, and general functionality of the Steam version can still change significantly until release.

This Playtest arrives with "The Valor Armada" September update, so you'll experience the latest build, complete with Versus AI, Standard, and Arcade Battles.[/p][p]If you joined us for the first Closed Beta Test, your hard-earned progress is safe—you'll continue exactly where you left off. [/p][p]Even better: Once you're in, you'll be able to invite your friends to join the Playtest via Steam! Invite capacity is limited, so don't wait too long.
