Demo update 0.0.45

I just pushed the 0.0.45 update which adds details to leaderboard uploads and a progress display. This means I'll be able to display more information related to your high score. For now, I'll display the time and wave you reached.



To help you understand where you are in the waves and how far you are from upgrades, shops, and the end, I added a progress display. You'll see it briefly on wave cleared and all the time in the pause menu. I'll hope you'll enjoy that!

Hyperslice demo for the Next Fest

Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹

The Next Fest starts Monday and Hyperslice demo is already waiting for you!

I've made a lot of updates recently to improve enemies, upgrades and add quality of life features. I'd love for you to checkout the demo and try to get that highscore in the leaderboard ๐Ÿ˜‰

Couch co-op fest and demo!

Demo playtest!

The playtest is available for the weekend! It runs from now until monday afternoon. I'm sorry for the short deadline but I have to make the demo available for the Co-op fest which starts on Monday.

The demo is still a work in progress and I'll make update in the following weeks. I think I've reached a state which is good enough to show to the public.

The goal of this playtest is to get feedback on the balancing and general feel of the game. If you have the ability to play with someone (๐ŸŽฎ two gamepads required), Iโ€™d love to get some feedback on this mode.

Co-op playtest

Hey, Iโ€™m doing a small playtest for the coop mode specifically (version 0.0.26).

This is NOT the playtest you registered for here on Steam! The playtest on Steam will run later with the aim of testing the demo in preparation for the Next Fest.

If you have the ability to play with someone (๐ŸŽฎ two gamepads required), Iโ€™d love to get some feedback on this mode.
Specifically, Iโ€™m trying to make sure everything works correctly and if it feels fun. The waves have been adjusted to spawn more enemies and with more health.

Few things to note ๐Ÿ‘‡
- The waves are not balanced correctly and the gameplay doesnโ€™t include what I want for the demo yet
- Abilities are deactivated as Iโ€™m reworking them
- You can push the other player but not damage them
- You can pick a total of two upgrades during upgrade selection :wink:
- Some upgrades are shared (shown on the upgrade panel)
- You can continue playing if one player dies
