We’ve been delighted reading your comments and reviews of Fireside Feelings: you’ve described your conversations with Spark as “therapeutic and healing” and we are glad that you created your own havens, making you feel safe enough to dive into some deep topics.

Three new topic packs, fully localised in the game’s six languages, are to be released during the course of the roadmap, along with a whole-new setting, and a new - and so far, unannounced - game mode.

The first of these topic packs, The Lost Messages, is available today and explores the things never said: conversations never started, messages left unsent, and notes left unfinished and will be accessible after the base game’s main experience is completed.


In addition to an upcoming deluxe version of the experience, which will include a delightful digital artbook and soothing soundtrack, Fireside Feelings will be coming to Steam for Linux and Mac, and become fully Steam Deck verified.

And because we wanted to give your more opportunities to talk to your heart's content, we’ve outlined our vision and roadmap for the upcoming months. Like all plans, it’s not set in stone and may evolve over time and so we would love to get YOUR input and feedback on it - please let us know how you feel about it in the comments!

[h3]It has been TWO WEEKS since the game has launched![/h3]
Over 2,000 players gathered around the campfire, and our Steam reviews are 100% positive—with more than 100 reviews so far. Needless to say, we’re absolutely thrilled by the warm and heartfelt welcome you’ve given Fireside Feelings.

It’s been so moving to see your kind, gentle, and empathetic responses. We’re doing our best to incorporate the most thoughtful, tender, and caring ones directly into the game—in all six of its supported languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, and Brazilian Portuguese.

[h3]So far, we’ve moderated and added over 250 new conversations into the game, and we’re continuing to do so every single day![/h3]

At the same time, we’re hard at work on what’s coming next—and we’ll be sharing our Roadmap with you soon! (Tiny spoiler, but don’t tell anyone: 3 brand new conversation topics have already been sent off to our translation team 😉)

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the reception the game has received, both on Steam and on our Discord server. Watching the game and its community grow is an incredible experience, and we’re feeling full of excitement and motivation for what’s to come. ✨

[h2]Ella the deer added as a plushie to Team Empreintes’ new title, as Spark the campfire becomes a sticker to adorn Kind Words letters.[/h2]

Team Empreintes’ comfy, conversational experience Fireside Feelings, which was released during this weekend’s Wholesome Direct, has teamed up for a Steam bundle with Popcannibal’s low-fi, letter-writing experience, Kind Words.
Players who own one of the two titles will receive a 10% discount when completing the set. The Cozy Conversations bundle runs for a limited time.

To celebrate the launch of the bundle, both games will pay tribute to the other, with Ella the deer added to Fireside Feelings as a customisable campfire plushie, while Spark the campfire becomes a new sticker to illustrate letters with in Kind Words.

We have very exciting news - we’re in this Saturday’s Wholesome Direct! Fireside Feelings is one of only 60 titles selected to be part of the ultimate showcase of cozy and wholesome games, so to say that we were blown away when we were selected is an understatement.

Having our debut title included alongside so many other amazing games makes us feel very proud!
