Hello, Furballs!

👀 Terrifying reports coming in from the boffins down at the Exploding Kittens® Emporium.

Some lady called Beatrice has wandered in, claiming to be able to see the future of Exploding Kittens® 2 players, which, you know, is pretty creepy. She invited us back to her house to tell us all our futures too, but we declined. Seemed a bit sketchy.

We also found out that Clive from the canteen team left something in the cauldron over the weekend. We’re not sure why Clive has been cooking staff dinners in a cauldron, but that’s a mystery for another time. Frankly, we’re a bit preoccupied with the gooey horror that has gained sentience and crawled out of the darned thing.

We’ll update you as soon as we’ve contained the Cauldron Creature. We reckon he’s trying to sniff out the upcoming Halloween content, the Mystic Mayhem pack…

Can you believe that it’s been two whole months since Exploding Kittens® 2 blasted off? You’ve done a lot in two months – exploded many enemies, unleashed an ungodly stampede of Bear-o-dactyls and weaponised back hair in a way that explains why aliens have left us well alone.

You’ve also delivered some gold-tier feedback on how to make the game even better! Here are just a few updates and fixes we’ve made thanks to your eagle-eyed notes:

You had a requirement for acceleration, and we delivered. We added nitro-boosters to the game and sped things up!
No, really, you had a yearning for swiftness – we added a skip button to the set-up screen on Single Player so you could dive right into the chaos!
We thawed out those freezing issues to keep your games a-going!

We’ve also got armfuls of Quality of Life improvements to drop really soon too. Stay tuned!

Are two-month anniversaries a thing? They are now. Happy Two-Month Birthday, Exploding Kittens® 2!

Hello Furballs!

Thank you for the incredible support during the launch of Exploding Kittens® 2! We’ve been gathering up your feedback and dropping a bunch of improvements in the last few patches. Here's some of what we've been working on:

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a few visual issues on 4:3 resolution devices
  
• Fixed an issue where cards could become stuck
  
• Fixed incorrect text showing when using a Favor card
  
• Fixed an issue with the card combo that could cause the game to become stuck
  
• Added a 'Skip' button in the Single Player game set-up, allowing players to skip the set-up animation
  
• Various animation tweaks and fixes
  
• Various improvements to the game's stability
  

And, of course, we're also working on new content and features, such as the Turn Timer, which should be added in the next update! ⏲️
