Hello! We continue the crunch of the century, fixing bugs in the game all weekend. We decided to rework the save system in the new update, and because of this, some players lost their old saves. The situation is not pleasant, that's true. But we took this step so that in the future the game will not have problems with saves.

[h2]Below we quote one of our programmers:[/h2]

At the release of the game, a save system was used, which proved to be ineffective. It worked well for saving scenes, puzzles. However, saving progress within the plot was quite bad.

Over the past few days, the main task was to fix this situation. However, our fixes did not change the overall picture. Reading your feedback that you "go through the game, but at some point you leave (for your own reason or by mistake), and when you return - you start from the first chapter, we made a radical decision - to develop a new save system.

The new save system will solve the problems with saving the plot, so that you can fully enjoy the game (we continue to improve the game further). And of course, we did not forget about those players who have already put their hand to the magic cubes. Therefore, we developed a migration system that transfers information from old saves to new ones. However, the system of old saves is not very reliable, so some of you may lose your current progress in the plot. But by switching to the new system, you will increase the stability of the gameplay.

We are currently still thinking about how we can solve the problem so that we don’t have to go through the entire game again, but simplify this process.

- We also started making Trading Cards for Steam. There will be an opportunity to exchange them 😉
