Here’s a quick update to let you know that we just realized there’s a BIG bug in the tutorial.

Right now, the game tutorial is broken and only gives the player “Deck Gosts” (whereas normally, the player gets trolls, and this breaks their inventory for the rest of the game).

This is due to a mistake on our part and I’m really sorry about it. Really, it’s my fault — I messed up.
(And since, in the tutorial, the player also talks about “Deck Gosts,” I think new players probably just thought the tutorial was supposed to be like that and that the game was therefore super hard.)
Anyway, we were really unlucky with this one.[/p][p]In any case, I’ll fix this today — I’m truly sorry for the incident.
[/p][p]In other news, the next update with the continuation of the story is coming at the beginning of the month! And that will be the start of Part 4, which will be the last part of the game before the ending ~[/p][p]

Now you can rewatch the images you've earned, the unique music you've discovered, and the cards you've collected![/p][p]I think it looks way too good ~~[/p][h3]🔧 Fixes & Improvements[/h3][p]- More AI improvements.
- We've improved the mini card panels, now you can clearly see the effects on the cards when there are special effects.
- You can now sell cards AND change your equipment in-game! (Thanks to Emee) (It unlocks during the game)
- We now have a loading screen! (It's better than an old freeze when loading saves haha)
- Major change: the gallery has been improved! With the addition of the image, music, and card panels!
- In general, we've further improved the way cards are loaded in-game, so it should freeze a bit less on lower-end PCs.
- We fixed some bugs with summons cards.
- And lots of other small fixes.

From this update on, the next updates will all be part of Part 4 of the game, which will be the final part before the full release and the last update. Be careful what you say, because the game has multiple possible endings, so... watch your choices!

Hope you're all doing well! Just a quick update on the current state of the game. I’ll try to keep it short, I promise haha.

[/p][p]So, right now we're working on part 3 of PnC, which will mark Emee’s arrival in Lucky Valley!
Expect a few card battles, some twists, and of course... a few spicy scenes ~~
[/p][p]Speaking more broadly about the future of the game, this one is meant to be a sort of small interlude while waiting for the next OPT! So I think it’ll be wrapped up in a few more updates. Let’s consider it a side story set in the OPT universe eheh.
(Truth is, it allowed us to set up a lot of things for the next OPT — on top of the visual improvements, getting the card game mechanics in place was really important to make the next game shine ~)

Gotta admit, she looks pretty damn good, right? haha

- Special cards no longer get counted as played when they’re not.
- Damage previews now correctly calculate movement and results, especially in tutorial missions.
- Opponent’s HP display is now in the right place (no more floating ghost numbers).
- UI blur effects, highlights, and transitions now behave properly across menus and scenes.
- Cards now appear and disappear when they should—no more ghost cards stuck in your hand.
- Inventory and menu transitions have been smoothed out.
- Live2D animations now loop only when intended and no longer restart at random.
- Context stack issues fixed when jumping around during combat.
- Starting a New Game no longer gives you your old deck back from another timeline.
- Mouse cursor now reliably appears when opening menus during animations.
- Visual glitches with card placements, team mirroring, and spot highlights have been fixed.
- Saving is now disabled during fights to avoid cursed save files.
- Various animation, UI and performance fixes for a smoother ride through Lucky Valley.
