Following the schedule, the Glyph Store, Eden Reforestation Packs, Steam offers, and Marketplace in-game are no longer available. Keep in mind that starting today, the CS Support for game inquiries ends as well. Additionally, the Free Trial for ArcheAge: Unchained ends.

The game data transfer is ongoing and should soon be complete! You can find your transfer code in the account section on Glyph. It will be available to you for six (6) months. Kakao Games' transfer page opens on November 19.

The updated schedule for the transfer is as follows:

November 19, 2021

• Kakao Games' Transfer Page opens

December 1, 2021

• Termination of gamigos service
  
• CS pages related to ArcheAge/ArcheAge: Unchained are shut down
  
• The current ArcheAge games and all related websites are shut down.
  
• Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram are shut down.
  
• Forum becomes unavailable

[h3]How To Transfer[/h3]
To transfer, follow this simple step-by-step guide on the process:

1) Go to this website and log in with your Glyph account.
2) Copy the Game Data Transfer code by highlighting the text and clicking “Ctrl+C” OR by clicking the “Copy to Clipboard” button.
3) On November 19, navigate to the Transfer page by Kakao Games.
4) Sign up for a new Kakao Games account if you don't have one already.
5) Log in to your Kakao Games account.
6) Follow the steps on the Kakao Games transfer page and apply the transfer code
7) You're done!

Please also note that the progress made after today's maintenance will not be transferred to Kakao Games.

As briefly announced on November 4, gamigo will no longer be in charge of or involved with any live operation of ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained. Starting December 1, this will solely be with the publisher Kakao Games directly.

We have put in hours of work to ensure safe data transfer to find a way that you can continue playing. We had several discussions with the staff of Kakao Games to make the transfer happen. This means your progress will not be lost.

Your data saved until November 18, 2021 (with all your characters) will be encrypted and transferred to the new platform. All subsequently saved data until the final implementation at Kakao Games will thus not be transferred.

Read all about what you need to know in this announcement and also make sure to pay a visit to our FAQ. We might extend the FAQ with more details at a later point.

Naturally, the data transfer will be protected according to the GDPR, and at no point will Kakao Games be able to identify you as a person by the transfer data unless you yourself register at their platform.

[h3]Additional Process Details[/h3]
You can continue playing with your Glyph account until December 1, 2021, however, progression will not be saved after the maintenance on November 18. Kakao Games will take over the service starting December 1, but the exact service launch date will be announced on their transfer page. You will be able to find the link to the transfer page on November 18 in an upcoming news post. Once the service launches, you have to download and play the game via the official website from Kakao Games.

Please note that you cannot request a transfer of the data of multiple Glyph accounts to one single Kakao Games account. Each account you wish to transfer needs its own destination account.

Once everything is completed, our game data will be permanently deleted.

It is with lots of emotion that today, after 7 years of ArcheAge, and 2 years of ArcheAge: Unchained, we announce that the franchise will move to a new publisher in December.

gamigo games and its affiliated sub-companies will no longer be in charge of or involved with any live operation concerning ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained. All of the rights and related duties will solely be with the new publisher Kakao Games directly.

Be at ease though as all your items will be transferred! And every item acquired while our shops are open will also be transferred together with all of your characters as well.

We are aware that the announcement leaves you with a lot of open questions. We will answer all of them to the best of our knowledge.
