For a limited time, synthesize your gear for a reduced rate! After the maintenance on September 10th, 2020, head over to your nearest Hero Hall to receive reduced rates on synthesis for various types of gear! The synthesis party will continue going until the server maintenance on October 15, 2020.

[h3]How do I participate?[/h3]

The first step is to head to the Hero Hall in your faction's Capital City! If you're in the Western faction head to Marianople, Eastern faction head to Austera, and fearsome pirate, travel to Growlgate Island! After locating your Hero Hall, make sure you're in the vicinity of the Synthesis Fairy Jake NPC and receive the reduced synthesis rate buff.

Together let's celebrate on both Legacy and Unchained with these special 6th Anniversary Events as a THANK YOU to the best community!

[h3]Daily Quests[/h3]
Starting on September 10th, you will be able to complete several daily quests to receive Festival Coins. During the event period, exchange these Coins for various items at the Festival Coin Exchanger.

How do I participate?

Head to Mirage Isle and look for the NPCs Dalister and Nalambi, where you can accept up to 7 unique daily quests. The quests will require you to use emotes, collect currencies like Honor or Vocation, complete a dungeon and raid, or even capture a flag on a hiking trip! Completing all quests will provide you with an achievement and a 6th Anniversary Cake Hat!

Please keep in mind that only characters of level 30 or higher can participate in this event. A portal to Mirage Isle can be found throughout Erenor in most cities, towns, and safe zones.

Please note: The team is aware that 3 of the quests of this event contain "DO NOT TRANSLATE" strings and wish to clarify what these quests are and their objective.
The Quest "Hello fishies" requires you to deliver 6 Gilda Stars to Nalambi.
The Quest "Daru works hard, even today works hard" requires you to utilize 2190 labor.

What can I exchange the coins for?

Additionally, players on Legacy will be able to exchange 20 Coins for Manastorm Crystal x1.

This event will come to an end on September 24th at 1 AM UTC (6 PM PDT). The Coins and the Exchanger will disappear on October 15th during the regular maintenance, so be sure to exchange all of your Festival Coins before then.


[h3]Daily Log In Anniversary Gift[/h3]
Beginning September 11th, all users who log in and stay online for six minutes during the event period will receive a 6th Anniversary Giftbox. Claim yours by clicking the button in the lower-left corner.

The Anniversary Giftbox can be obtained once per day, so remember to log in and play daily to get the best out of it!

What does the Anniversary Giftbox contain?

Opening the box will provide you with the following items:

Although this event ends on September 16th at 1 AM UTC (6 PM PDT), you will still have the opportunity to open your acquired 6th Anniversary Giftboxes until September 24th. During the maintenance on September 24th, the box will be destroyed, so be sure to make use of it before time runs out!

We're having a party! Come celebrate our 6th Anniversary with us on stream beginning tomorrow!

To make things interesting and fun, a hidden camera will be set up at a secret location near a 6th Anniversary cake, which will be streamed live on our Twitch Channel.

Take a screenshot or video, alone or with friends, next to this delectable treat, and the most celebratory and party-spirit themed screenshot or video of each faction (Nuia, Haranya and Pirate) will receive a costume of their choice that was already released. Of course, since this is a time of good cheer, no one goes home without a little treat; all other participants will receive 1x Bound Labor Recharger.

[h3]How do I participate in the festivities?[/h3]

Find the 6th Anniversary Cake in Sanddeep and snap a picture in front of it! Submit your screenshot via Twitter and on the Facebook Note that will be published on September 8th using #AABirthday for a chance to win rewards. The camera will be available once on each server during the allotted time frame below:

EU Servers:
Tuesday, September 8th, from 11 AM to 5 PM UTC
Thursday, September 10th, from 11 AM to 5 PM UTC
Monday, September 14th, from 11 AM to 5 PM UTC

NA Servers:

For now, these festivities are for ArcheAge servers only. However, ArcheAge: Unchained servers will get their very own version of this celebration when its birthday rolls around, so don't worry! Once the schedule for ArcheAge: Unchained is ready, it'll be announced.

It's contest time! The ArcheAge team would love to see your concepts and put them into ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained. We would like you to design a costume concept under the theme of the "Akasch"! While their specific appearance isn't well known, you've certainly seen their evil, powerthirsty influence in places like the Ipnysh Sanctuary. These towering ancient beings had tails and preferred Geometric structures in their architecture, but other than being roughly 3 times the size of your average adventurer there isn't much more that we've learned about them.

However, beginning September 4th the team wants to see your interpretations and creations of this theme in the form of a Costume!



[h2] What do I have to do?[/h2]

Design a costume under the theme of the "Akasch", it can be to look similar to them or channel the power of them. Either way, your costume has to look awesome for a chance to win. Our preferred medium is through drawings but it is your choice whether it's on paper or digital art. A front and back of the costume is preferred, other angles certainly are a bonus! Once your costume concept is designed, submit your design idea here! The team will review each drawing and select winners.



[h2]What can I win? [/h2]

There is a little something for everyone. The first prize winner of this contest will have their Costume put into ArcheAge with their name on it and 10000 Credits! As the winner, you'll receive your costume on a character of your choice on ArcheAge or ArcheAge: Unchained once it's been created. Our second-place winner will receive 5000 Credits, third place will receive 1500 Credits, and all other entrants will receive an Admin's Candy as a thank you for participating.



[h2] What are the Rules? [/h2]

- All costumes designs must be of the theme of the 'Akasch' and have a front and back view of the concept.
- All entries must be a digital drawing or drawing on paper of the costume design
- All entries must be posted to the forum thread here during the event period of September 4th and September 23rd 11:59 UTC.
- You can enter as many times as you like, but you can only receive one reward.
- Please follow our Code of Conduct and Terms of Service (no nudity, racism, etc.)



[h2] Anything else to note? [/h2]

The winning costume design will be created by XLGames and will make it's way into the ArcheAge. However, this process is not instant, the winner will receive the item once it is fully created and be credited for the design in the description. The winner will receive this costume for free, but it may be available via purchase for other players (even in other versions) in the future.

Update: The team was asked if there is a way two names get added to the winner's costume description if, as an example, one person was providing the idea and the other one is designing it.
The answer is yes, BUT only a team of 2 will be accepted. They will have to provide a name for their team/duo, which will be used for the description, should they win.

Should a duo be selected as a winner, both members will receive the full rewards.

Oh my, how time flies - 6 years already! It's time to properly celebrate another year in ArcheAge full of surprises! Beginning September 4th at 7 AM UTC (12 AM PDT) you can get most out of this time of celebration with our double boosts!
