Update 1 - We're back online. Thanks for your patience!

Hello everyone!

We're bringing ArcheAge NA servers offline for an update at 8AM PST on Wednesday, December 12.

Also, we're bringing ArcheAge EU servers offline for an update at 2AM UTC on Wednesday, 12 December.

This patch will be approximately 68 MB.

The estimated duration for each downtime is 2 hours.

Hey folks,

We’re going to be performing maintenance on our network during the ArcheAge downtime on December 12, 2018. There shouldn’t be any downtime at all for our other games. Most players likely won’t notice anything has happened, but we just wanted to give you all a head’s up.

However, during this maintenance, there is a chance that you may be disconnected from one of our other games. If this happens, fear not! You should be able to login again immediately. In the very worst-case scenario we’ll need to perform a restart on the servers for any game experiencing connection issues. Once the restart is complete, you’ll be able to play normally again.
