•   "Rookborne Basin" and "Windscour Savannah" will become Peace Zones during the festival period.
•   You can get to the festival region from the Haranya Alliance Faction Base of Austera, the Nuia Alliance Faction Base of Marianople, and Growlgate Isle by going through the Rookborne Festival Worldgate.

 
[h3]1. The Beginning of the Festival! A Festival in Rookborne (Daily Quest)[/h3]

•   Accept the "A Festival in Rookborne" quest from Laurant.
•   Collect either "Wrapped Strawberry Barrel," "Scroll: Strawberry Barrel," "Scroll: Watermelon Barrel," or "Scroll: Mango Barrel" at the Barrel Workbench and report to Nogan.

 
[h3]2. Rum Runner Rapids: Novice (Daily Quest)[/h3]

•   Collect Flag's Energy x5 from Loka's Energy Flag as you descend while riding the cask within the time limit (10 min).

[h3]3. Rum Runner Rapids: Advanced (Daily Quest)[/h3]

•   Collect Advanced Checkpoint Flag x5 from Loka's Energy Flag as you descend while riding the cask within the time limit (5 min).

[h3]5. Barrels Full of Barley (Daily Quest)[/h3]

•   Accept the "Barrels Full of Barley" quest from Assistant Yoon.
•   Deliver the "Barley Hops" x1 to Brewmaster Vaughn.

    •   1 hr of buff upon use

[h3]6. A Lack of Melons (Repeatable Quest)[/h3]

•   You can get the "A Lack of Melons" quest from Surin who appears at certain times.
•   Surin appears at 13:00 CEST, 18:00 CEST, and 23:00 CEST (11:00 PDT, 16:00 PDT, and 21:00 PDT). Please note that the NPC disappears after one hour.
•   Use the "Loka's Stone" placed next to Surin to teleport to Rookborne Mountains where you can find Farmer Andor. Requires a glider equipped in your back slot.
•   Quest Rewards

[h3]7. Aerial Delivery (Repeatable Quest)[/h3]

•   You can get the "Aerial Delivery" quest from Farmer Andor who appears at certain times.
•   Farmer Andor appears at 13:00 CEST, 18:00 CEST, and 23:00 CEST (11:00 PDT, 16:00 PDT, and 21:00 PDT). Please note that the NPC disappears after one hour.
•   Take the "Watermelon Sack" and prepare to glide at Loka's Wind to reach the destination within the time limit (5 min).
•   Report to Fruit Merchant Toris.
•   Flight duration is 3 minutes after you prepare to glide at Loka's Wind. You must abandon and restart the quest if you fail to land on the report NPC's location.
•   There's an achievement you can get by hitting the Pesterhawk multiple times with the Bubble Defense skill.

[h3]Disclaimer[/h3]

•   All daily event quests reset each day at 23:00 CEST (21:00 PDT).
•   All event NPCs and event items will disappear after the maintenance on August 10, 2023.
•   Festival items cannot be restored once they have been destroyed.
•   The Festival Gift Exchangers will disappear from the event regions when the event ends, but remain on the Mirage Isle.

[h2]Content Updates[/h2]

• Adjusted the standard for displaying enchantment/synthesis success messages.
  • The enchantment/synthesis success messages used to be displayed even for low grade equipment, blocking the screen frequently. To improve on this issue, we have changed the standard for displaying these messages from "Epic" grade to "Legendary" grade and above.
  • However, given this change, the relevant messages for Brilliant Hiram Guardian Equipment will no longer be displayed.
• Adjusted the Faction Chat to be available from level 20.
  • Different from what was intended, some players have been repeatedly creating/deleting their characters to use the Faction Chat, hence we have adjusted this chat to be available from level 20.
  • We hope all players can enjoy a cleaner chat.
• Removed the Daru image from the loading screen. 
  • Based on the negative feedback about the close-up image of a Daru's face appearing in the loading screen, we have removed this image from the loading screen.
• The Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf has started.
  • This is a season arena available until before the August 3rd maintenance, and can be accessed daily between 15:00–23:00 CEST (13:00–21:00 PDT).
  • Rank rewards will be distributed at the end of the season, from 1st to 100th place.
  • Final 1st place player of the season arena will receive the Ruler of the Sea: Ultimate chest.
    • Ruler of the Sea: Ultimate: Kyrios Badge x500, Turtlecraft Totem x1, Enoan Galleon Blueprint Fragment x100, 30-Day Ultimate Bloodsalt Bay Figurehead Crate x1
• Being in the same region as where Crimson Rift or Grimghast Rift is taking place will now display a sign on the map. 
• Added a description about the "Remove Lunagem" effect to the tooltip for "Mornstone."  
• Added a design that allows you to craft a "Darugon" into a "Fire-breathing Rosiola." 
  • You can craft it at the Pet Accessory Workbench.
  • The crafted "Fire-breathing Rosiola" will bound when obtained.

 
[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]

• Fixed the issue where the quest info sign was displayed abnormally.
  • Removed the unnecessary quest marks that were displayed abnormally on the map.
• Fixed the issue where trees grew inside a house when constructing one in the new residential area of Villanelle.
• Fixed the issue where sometimes you couldn't accept the Blue Salt Brotherhood resource quests from the Resident Board.
• Fixed the issue where sometimes the ArchePass reward XP was displayed as a negative value in the chat log.
• Fixed the issue where diving wasn't applied when swimming in certain locations of the lake near Titan's Maw.
• Fixed the issue where using Life Tiger Strike applied Banishment, Instinct, Stalker's Mark, and performing skill debuffs.
• Fixed the error in Beast Figurehead's Collision Defense effect.

• Changed the character deletion time as below:

• The Double the Gain event does not apply to Arenas and Instances.

[h2]Content Updates[/h2]

• The weekly quests at Western/Eastern Hiram Mountains will now complete automatically.
  • The weekly quests at Western/Eastern Hiram Mountains previously required you to go back to the quest NPC to complete the quests. We wanted to make this more convenient, so the quests will now complete automatically once you fulfill the quest conditions.
  • Reward Crates will be given upon completing the quests. The rewards will remain the same.
  • Relevant Quests

    • Eastern Hiram Mountains: Haradium Abominations, Stop the Abyssal Legion
• The Space-Time Core can now be purchased/used by Commanders.
  • We wanted to make improvements to the inconvenience of not being able to use guild residence furniture when the Guild Leader was absent. Therefore Commanders will now also be able to purchase/use the Space-Time Core.
  • This means Commanders can now activate the following guild residence furniture: Base Teleportation Device, Statue of Noble Gallantry, Carpet of Noble Gallantry.
• New customizable furniture were added to the Guild Residence Prestige Shop.

• Fixed the issue where there the wrong acquisition conditions were displayed for the Equipment Expert title.
• Adjusted the range from which you can interact with the Recovered Treasure Chest, to make it easier to interact with it.
• Fixed the issue where an abnormal object was seen in the skies of Marianople.
• Fixed the issue where the Delphinad Ghost Ship reward, Delphinad Ghost Ship Stone Slab of Blessing, was obtainable by factions other than the Pirate Faction.
• Fixed the issue where the selling price of relics would not be visible when selling relics to the Relic Merchant.
• Fixed the issue where the animation and sound effect would not play when using the Daru Pocket Watch.

• Adjusted the maximum capacity of the lessons for exiles to 10 players.
  • To improve on the issue where only a maximum of 5 players could attend a lesson for exiles, we have removed all NPCs placed on the cushions and adjusted their locations so that players could interact with them and sit on them.
• Added the below rewards to the "Make a Splash" global arena: 
  • Victory: Bound Labor Recharger x1
  • Draw/Defeat: Adventurer's Winged Elixir x1
• You can no longer move the "Siege Tower" located inside Halcyona's Warsmith Castle.
• The stabilizer will no longer be visible when a Warborn character equips the below costumes: 
  • Summer Racer's Swimwear, Spotless Service Uniform, Passionate Red Ribbon Outfit
• Increased the visibility of Cross Quake's damage range preview.

• You will no longer be able to use the "Rally" emote while driving a ship. 
• Fixed the issue where the neck of the costume looked abnormal in certain situations upon equipping Rabbit is Too Sleepy.
• Fixed the issue where Siege Risopodas abnormally died during a Siege.
• Fixed the issue where your quest progress still increased without having completed the supply of Mysthrane Haradium during the Mysthrane Faction Activity quest.
• Fixed the issue where one of Thwart's debuffs, Move Speed reduction, was not affected by other skills.
• Fixed the issue where the block list did not immediately refresh when there was only 1 blocked character.
• Fixed the issue where Soul Strength was not accumulated upon completing the "Transferring Command" and "Searching for Mikael Ynga" quests during Hereafter Rebellion.

• Fixed the issue where equipping Rousing Rabbit Pajamas while transformed into a Daru did not apply its effects.
