We are pleased to announce that our The Trouble with Titles update is now live.

With this update, we wanted to give you even more ways to customize your Trovians and show off your achievements, so we're introducing Titles – a fantastic new feature for you to play around with.

You can now jazz up your Trovians with some cool Titles. They can be earned in different ways, like smashing enemies or crafting. Find Stampy, the Title Registrar, in the Hub, who can help you with crafting prefixes and suffixes. And for some extra flair, we've got seasonal Draconic Titles too 🐲.

Additionally, enjoy controller support for PC, offering a smoother gaming experience, and explore new dungeons, styles, decorations, and various fixes.

Hello Trovians!

Welcome to our cube-tastic community letter, where we go down the cubic lane and relive the latest Trove highlights and make our way towards the spoooooooooky month of the year! 👻

This letter covers the latest features, events, and much much more!



In the previous months, we saw you taking on the Battle of Fire and Ice, a cool (or hot) event that challenged players as Dragons and Yetis fought their heated battle! (…or cold battle?) You get the point, it was fierce!

If you participated in the event, you may have gotten the very cool new mount, the Throne of Ice and Fire! This mount is the culmination of perfect balance between hot and cold, and we can’t wait to see Trovians running around on it!



Up until now, a lot of you have partaken in our masterfully crafted community challenges, here are some highlights!

Our Build Yer’ Ship Ship Building Contest started on August 15, 2023, where we challenged you, our lovely Trovians, to build a ship that you’d use to set sail on the great Trove seas, and it was incredibly exciting to see some of your amazing creations! See below but one of our favorite the entries!

The Hardest Trove Quiz started on July 8, 2023, and this was by far our favorite challenge so far, not only we got to test you on some tough trove questions but many of you also took part, with an amazing participant count exceeding 900! Although this quiz was pretty challenging, we wonder if there are even tougher questions... I guess we’ll never know!



October is also the month of the spookiest event in Trove: Shadow’s Eve!
We hope you are ready for "headless" enemies, pumpkin-themed rewards, and a spooky questline. Stay tuned for more details!

Trovians, this September is going to be hotter (and cooler) than ever! 🔥❄️

We’re excited to announce that the A Battle of Fire and Ice event is now live on all platforms - until September 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM UTC.

This year's versus event pits the scorching might of Dragonfire Peaks against the icy grip of Permafrost, and it's going to be a frosty showdown!

🐉 Dragons vs. Yetis: It's the Dragons of Dragonfire Peaks against the Yetis of Permafrost in an all-out war! You'll be tasked with attacking the zones of each faction to support your chosen side by raiding their Tombs.

🏔️ New Questline: Advance through a brand-new Questline that introduces the Dragons of the Peaks and the Yetis of the Tundras. You can choose your faction daily and access their exclusive daily quests and workbench for crafting materials.

🧩 New Rewards: Meet new allies like Taiyam, the Frost-Furious, and Trycrys the Burnt, don two new helmet styles, rock 2 new costumes, and ride in style on a brand-new mount - the Throne of Ice and Fire, and much more!

Today we’re celebrating Secondhand Wardrobe Day with yet another fun challenge for a chance to win a reward!

Secondhand Wardrobe Day is all about the environment, by buying secondhand, you’re not only saving money, but you’re also reducing your environmental footprint by not consuming more resources and supporting your local business!

And that’s exactly what our challenge is about, it’s time to take that good ol’ style you had in store for quite some time but don’t use anymore and make a few recommendations to your fellow Trovians!

How do I enter?

1. Head over to Trove and dress yourself up in your favourite or second favourite style!
   
2. Take a screenshot of your attire.
   
3. Post your screenshot in the #seconhand-wardrobe-day channel on Discord or use the #TroveSecondhandWardrobeDay hashtag on Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter) or Instagram!
   
4. Your entry should include your Character Name, Platform (PC/PS3/PS4/XBOX/SWITCH), Region (NA/EU) and the styles/costumes you used in your screenshot!
   

Are there any rules?

1. Content that is inappropriate or offensive is strictly forbidden
   
2. Image editing is allowed, as long as your entry remains fully visible.
   
3. Using image editing to show the styles used for your entry is allowed although optional.
   
4. Entries that don’t include Character Name, Platform and Region are considered void and will be unable to receive a reward.
   

Are there any rewards?

Up to three (3) Trovians will receive 3000 Credits each!

Entry submissions close on September 8, 2023 and winners will be announced on September 15, 2023!*

General Terms of Participation apply.
*Rewards may take up to two (2) weeks to be delivered after the winners have been announced.

Yaaaargh me Trovians!
It’s time to set sail into the Treasure Isles in search for coin!

But., we lack our trusty vessel, do you happen to have one laying around?
No, but you can help build one? That’s me matey!

Starting today until September 5, 2023, build a ship for a chance to get amazing rewards!

How do I enter?

1. Head over to your Trove Cornerstone or Club and build a ship!
   
2. Take a screenshot of your ship and post it on our Discord server in the #build-yer-ship channel or on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the #TroveBuildYerShip hashtag!
   
3. Include your Character Name, Platform (PC, XBOX, PSN, SWITCH), Region (EU/NA) and entry type (Cornerstone/Club) in your entry submission.
   
4. You’re set to go!
   

Are there any rules?

1. Your build can be on a Cornerstone or Club, but only one entry is allowed per player.
   
2. The ship can be a raft, a dinghy or a big ol’ galleon, the choice is yours!
   
3. A very minimal amount of image editing is allowed, however, the build must remain fully visible.
   
4. Content that is inappropriate or offensive is strictly forbidden.
   

Are there any rewards?

Cornerstone rewards:
3000 Credits for three (3) Cornerstone participants.

Club rewards:
3000 Credits for three (3) Club participants.

Winners will be announced on September 12, 2023.*
