Dancing Pandas: Ranger's Path News

- Fixed issues with some cinematics not progressing as intended

- Added a framerate cap option.

- At the Blue Tree, the cinematic would get stuck if a particular condition was met. This has now been addressed.
- Game now saves automatically when finishing the starting area quest chain.
