How To Speedrun - Mei - Quest Demo

This build for Mei is focused on balance with a mix of the pulse wave and firepower. You can take your time to max out the skill tree, but speedrunning with a build that works for your play style is the real challenge of this mode!

Demo Update 0.7.4



The Yellow Trouble demo has been updated to 0.7.4!

Update Notes:

-Quest Mode-
  • Flying enemies will attempt to surround as a swarm instead of moving directly towards the player, making them harder to line up and destroy with a single pulse shot.
  • Enemies have been rebalanced.
  • Enemy spawners and gate locks will also drop orbs when destroyed.
  • The map will display the area name that is currently being pointed by the new center cursor.

Demo Update 0.7.3



The Yellow Trouble demo has been updated to 0.7.3!

Update Notes:

-Quest Mode-
  • The boardwalk area has been rearranged to be as competitive as the beach area. Both routes can achieve equally fast speedrun timings in the demo depending on character, skill tree build, and individual play style.
  • The yellow slime has been remade to look "slimier" with more odd shapes that may affect player navigation and movement.
  • The map has been redrawn to show sector geography.
  • The map panning direction has been reversed.
