November 22 Update: Broad Pennants, PvP Loot, Open World Speed and bug fixes

[p]Broad Pennants now drop from ships in Dutch Ocean Fleets and from Raider Port Battles with 6000 and 3300 BR if no Santísima Trinidad or Duke of Kent permit has dropped.
Broad Pennants can be exchanged at the Admiralty for ship permits:[/p]
  • [p]25 Broad Pennants for a Santísima Trinidad permit[/p]
  • [p]50 Broad Pennants for a Duke of Kent permit[/p]
[p]Important: Broad Pennants are not Bind on Pickup (BoP) items. They can be traded via Player Trade but cannot be sold through Contracts.[/p][p] [/p][p]In PvP battles, when you sink an enemy ship, player modules can sometimes drop in loot.[/p][p] [/p][p]Open World ship speed now also depends on cargo load in the holds of your ship and your fleet. Completely empty or fully loaded holds reduce speed by roughly 15%.[/p][p] [/p][p]Players who exit the game with Alt+F4 will still be pulled into battle if, under the rules of engagement, they should have been added to that battle.[/p]
