[h2]🌿 Hi folks! 🌿[/h2][p]First of all, thank you for your patience since our last update and the fantastic number of sign-ups for the upcoming playtests! You exceeded our wildest expectations! 💚[/p][p][/p][p]Today, we’re diving into significant updates that will make our game shine even brighter: Lighting and Water! ✨[/p][p][/p][h2]💡 Lighting: More Real, More Beautiful[/h2][p]We’ve changed our lighting system to help the game feel more natural and immersive.[/p][p]We've switched from Gamma to Linear color space, which means light now behaves more like it does in the real world. Shadows are deeper, sunlight wraps around objects more softly, and colors blend more organically.[/p][p]To top it off, we've upgraded to ACES tone mapping, making everything feel more cinematic. Soft sunsets, glowing windows, and warm contrasts make you want to stay in every moment. Plus, anti-aliasing removes jagged edges, leaving a smoother finish and cleaner visuals worldwide. It’s all small changes, but together, they make a big difference in how everything looks and feels![/p][p][/p][h2]💧 Water: Let’s make a splash![/h2][p]We’ve also examined water in Cozyrama 🔎👀. No longer just a pretty background. Water became an interactive part of the world. It's clearer, deeper, and hugs the edges of the terrain more naturally, bringing an extra layer of life to the environment. Even better, water can now be colored in any way imaginable. Whether shimmering turquoise pools or soft lavender streams, the perfect watery scene is just a brushstroke away.[/p][p][/p][h2]📸 Before & After Magic[/h2][p]We've prepared some side-by-side GIFS to show you the difference these updates make.
