New Supreme Ruler features expand on the Diplomatic Trading system to offer additional treaties and sharing of information. Players can choose to allow other regions to see their known technologies, unit designs, units in reserve, and resource stockpiles, and a much greater variety of Diplomatic treaties and offers are possible.

Supreme Ruler Ultimate received a minor update today. The content included here is mostly available as hotfixes directly from our forums plus a few minor UI tweaks. New Supreme Ruler features expand on the Loyalty system to add provinces, states, and other sub-regions that can be given independence or encouraged to rise up against their masters. Each sub-region has a unique relationship with its parent country and those loyalties can change as the game progresses.
