We’re looking for a diverse group of players:

🎓 18-24 years old: 18 participants
💼 25-30 years old: 9 participants
🎩 31-40 years old: 5 participants
If you’ve dabbled in AI role-playing chatbots (Character.AI, Talkie, etc.), even better! We want about half of our testers to have some experience with AI-driven interactions.

How does it work?
Once we have approved your application, you will have 72 hours to play the game.
Each participant gets two accounts—one for you, and one for a friend (but both need to complete the feedback survey!).
At the end of the test, all accounts will be wiped, so make the most of your time!

After each match, your performance will be evaluated through a clear and intuitive rating system. Whether you're a smooth talker or a strategic mastermind, your skills will now be reflected in your rank.
Winner Ratings:
🥇 SS Rank – Absolute perfection!
🥈 S Rank – Impressive charm and wit.
🥉 A Rank – Solid performance.
👍 B Rank – Well played!
👌 C Rank – Could use a little polish.
Loser Rating:
❌ F Rank – Better luck next time!
These ranks aren’t just for bragging rights—they directly impact your rewards.

What’s a victory without rewards, right? Each match will grant different types of rewards depending on your performance and the character you played with.
1. Dating Story Reward
Available for both Official and Characters created by the community.
Win your match, and you’ll unlock an AI-generated short story based on your conversation. It’s a fun and unique way to relive your best moments!
2. UGC Character Match Rewards
Earn Echos currency after completing matches.
No affection points here—UGC characters play by different rules!
3. Official Character Rewards
Gain Affection Points based on your rating tier.
Tier-specific bonuses pop up at the end of your match.
Every interaction counts, and every reward brings you closer to unlocking even more content.

This system is set to expand the way you play, create, and share your experiences in the game. So, grab your favorite snack, and let's dive in!

The Character Workshop is more than just a feature—it's a playground for creativity. This system allows players to design, share, and interact with custom AI dating partners. Whether you're crafting a quirky romantic lead, a mysterious heartthrob, or a fan of TV shows, the possibilities are endless!
But that's not all. You can also explore a world of characters created by other players, adding layers of variety and unpredictability to your gameplay.

Ever wondered what other players are creating? The Browsing Interface will be your gateway to discovering community-made characters. With an intuitive design, you'll be able to browse, preview, and even collect your favorites.
What you'll see:
Character portrait & preview
Name and last modification date
Play count and like statistics
Author's notes
File size and creator details
What you can do:
Download up to 3 characters (10 in the future!)
Like and rate characters
Select characters for gameplay
Preview them before downloading

The Character Creation Tool puts you in the director's seat. You’ll have access to powerful tools to design both the look and personality of your AI character.
Basic Setup:
Upload a VRM format 3D model
Add a portrait (512x512 pixels)
Set essential details: Name, Age, Gender, and a Catchy Tagline



Personality Customization:
Choose their core personality: Rational, Emotional, or Neutral
Fill in background stories, personality traits, and behavioral logic
Add up to 50 sample responses to guide their unique dialogue style




Advanced Settings:
Author's notes for tips or backstory
Create custom Q&A pairs for surprise interactions
Fine-tune emotional expressions and animations



Whether you're building a romantic poet, a chaotic prankster, or a stoic philosopher, your character will feel alive and ready to charm (or challenge) players.

Happy Thanksgiving! We are happy to announce that Pick Me Pick Me has a new update with brand new features. Here's what's new:

Realtime Typing: Now you can see what your opponent is typing in real time.


Skill Cards: Added two brand-new skill cards to spice up your strategies.


Settings Popup: Added a settings popup that allows you to return to the lobby mid-game.


Character Preview: You can now view the selected characters while in the room.


Gameplay and Visual Enhancements: Optimized some gameplay mechanics and visual effects for a smoother experience.

The game is now available to early access on our official website.

Hello everyone,
We're super happy to be back with you to share more about Pick Me Pick Me and to answer some of the latest questions we've received from the community!
Pick Me Pick Me prototype was born last summer when we were prototyping another game. Since the spring of last year, as an indie developer, we have been thinking about developing a really cool game utilizing the true potential of AI. With experienced game designers and developers in house, we soon found out that at the current stage, not only is it hard to engage in a prolonged conversation with the AI, but also that talking to AI is not fun enough to be called a “game”. We have to be more creative in terms of game design.



The gameplay was derived from 合コン, a Japanese word for “mixer”. It’s a type of social gathering for young men and women meeting each other and potentially looking for romantic interests. We adored the overall fun, lively and lighthearted atmosphere of this type of social event and wished to create a game that would have the similar vibe to it. In order to better simulate the convos that would incur during a real “date”, AI still became the core part of the characters. We actually ran into quite the challenge of designing a gameplay that differentiates us from other AI games.

We start to think about the player experiences around the gameplay, about how we could switch the role of AI. Instead of having a direct conversation with AI, maybe we could introduce other elements into the game, such as another player. We believed that a game would be more fun when played with friends. And thus the AI characters would have become a moderator for the game, since the gameplay would revolve around the player and their friends, not the AI characters.
So this is where everything comes together: We are making a game where two players are competing with each other to see who can get the AI character’s attention and fondness first. Each character has their own charisma and personality so that the players would need actual strategies to convince them. With all the other game elements like the timer to quicken the pace, skill cards to play the tricks, and cool outfit to choose, it has become a fun and innovative party game to enjoy with friends.
