To ensure a fair gameplay environment for all Citizens,
Play Together continuously monitors abnormal activities
and performs retrieval of improperly obtained Rewards as well as account suspensions.
Recently, abnormal Mining and Collecting behaviors caused by the use of Unauthorized Programs
or the abuse of specific functions such as Follow or Summon have been increasing.
Therefore, we would like to reiterate the sanction criteria below and provide additional information
about the Report feature and the post-report procedures.
📌 Activities Subject to Sanctions
The following behaviors are considered violations of the Operational Policy
and may result in strict sanctions depending on the severity.
- Use of Unauthorized Programs
- Abnormal Mining or Collecting by exploiting Follow or Summon features
※ Even on the first detection, permanent suspension may be applied.
※ Accounts determined to be related to abnormal play through activity logs may also receive the same sanctions.
※ Detailed restriction types and criteria can be found in the Operational Policy.

The Play Together Operations Team responds to abnormal gameplay
not only through internal monitoring but also through player reports.
To help maintain a fair environment, please make active use of the Report function.
Post-report procedures are as follows:
- Report received → Investigation and analysis by the Operations Team → Sanction applied
- Minor violation: Warning or restriction according to the violation stage
- Repeated or severe violation: Strong sanctions including permanent suspension
✅ Sanctions are applied progressively depending on the frequency and severity of violations.
A thorough verification process is conducted to minimize the possibility of false enforcement.
