1. Create a video of your character and friends enjoying Kaia Island in the game!
※ Make sure your character's name is clearly visible in the photo.

2. Upload the video on your social media with the mandatory hashtags!
※ Mandatory hashtags: #playtogether #steam #SteamGames #PlayWithFriends
※ All these hashtags are required and failing to include or match them may result in exclusion from the event draw.
※ Posts must be set to 'Public'. If the post cannot be verified, it will not be counted as participation.

3. Submit the post link in a Google form!

- If you do not fill out the Google form even if you participated, you will not receive rewards.

There had been an issue where some regions experienced purchases being made at different amounts than the actual prices, and as a response to resolve this issue and to ensure fairness, temporary restriction measures were implemented for accounts that had made payments via Steam.
※ The payment issue has now been corrected, and normal payment services have resumed. Accounts that were temporarily restricted will be restored in order.

※ The payment in question has been fully canceled as of January 14th at 11:42 PM (UTC).
We will do our best to expedite the restoration process for accounts temporarily restricted.

We apologize for any surprise or inconvenience caused by the sudden restriction measures, which were unavoidably carried out as part of the effort to normalize operations and resolve the issue quickly.

Accounts that were temporarily restricted will have their payment histories reviewed, and any problematic transactions will be addressed with recovery or refund measures before restoration proceeds. We kindly ask for your patience.
