[Notice] Additional Information on Steam Installation Issues

Greetings, from Play Together.

We sincerely apologize to all Citizens for the inconvenience caused by the issue preventing new installations of PLAY TOGETHER on Steam or reinstallations after deletion from the library.

We have been maintaining close communication with Steam to resolve this issue, and we are now in the final stages of the resolution process.

However, to ensure that no additional issues arise and to prevent any further inconvenience to Citizens, we are conducting a thorough check for any other potential problems. This has resulted in some delays in the resolution process.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by this delay. Once the final checks are complete, we will provide a separate notice with further details.

We truly appreciate the patience and understanding of all Citizens during this frustrating and inconvenient time. We are doing our best to provide a final resolution notice as quickly as possible, so please bear with us a little longer.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to all residents for any concern caused by the issue where antivirus programs mistakenly identified Play Together as malware when launched via Steam.

The issue has now been resolved, and you can enjoy playing the updated version of Play Together by proceeding with the game update.

Additionally, we are continuing to work diligently to resolve the issue preventing new downloads and installations of Play Together, so we kindly ask for your patience a little while longer.

An event that will raise the probability of the Golden Boxes to make them easier to find is in the works.

- Event Details: The probability of a "Golden Box" to appear on the Forgotten Island is raised during the event.
