We’re excited to announce that the RailGods of Hysterra Playtest is officially live!

Now’s your chance to dive into the action, command your RailGod, expand your train, and battle Lovecraftian horrors in the Wastelands of Hysterra. Check your email for your invitation letter.

Please note that the Playtest version is not the final build of the game. We may be revising locations, mechanics, quests, character models, NPCs, and monsters. If you encounter something inexplicable and confusing, or on the contrary, something cool and unusual, we’d be happy to hear your stories and feedback. Feel free to leave them on our Discord or in the designated topic on the Steam page.

RailGods of Hysterra is Diablo if it was a survival game with monster trains

The eerie, beating heart of my RailGod sits in the train's second carriage, pulsing ominously. I feed it my fear - the pure essence of my hysteria, harvested from the core of my soul. It pulses faster, offering me a twisted new power in return for my sacrifice. Then, I do it all over again - plunging into maddening wastelands fraught with terrors in search of resources and, of course, food for the chugging locomotive that I'm symbiotically bound to. This is RailGods of Hysterra, an upcoming survival game from Troglobyte Games, and it's absolutely glorious.
