  • Fixed Gestalts not hitting anything during the Celestial Champion fight.
  • Fixed Wortox's No-Eyed Deer Costume having a bad layering order for the torso.
  • Fixed a crash case related to peeking into Bundle Wraps.
  • Fixed a crash when Telelocating a spawned in Frostjaw.
  • Fixed the Webwam tent skin going invisible when burnt.

[h2]Changes[/h2]
  • Revived merms from lunar mutation will remember their original home and leader (if they are of lunar affinity)
  • Tuned Crystal-Crested Buzzards flamethrower cooldown, damage, and lifetime.
  • Crystal-Crested Buzzards won’t stack walls of flame on top of each other, and will instead extend the lifetime of existing flames when firebreathing.
  • Horror Hounds and Permafrost Pengulls will not target Crystal-Crested Buzzards.

  • Fixed Shadow Merms from attempting to perform a lunar mutation.
  • Fixed being able to indirectly hire Lunar Merms as a non-Lunar aligned Wurt through recruiting other nearby merms.
  • Fixed an uncommon crash with the circling Crystal-Crested Buzzards when moving around in the world.
  • Fixed a case where a gestalt possessable corpse can lose its gestalt.
  • Fixed the Shattered Spider Hole regenerating all its spiders when being mined.

  • Reduced Crystal-Crested Buzzard health from 400 to 300.
  • Crystal-Crested Buzzards go away when the Lunar Rift closes.
  • There is now a limit on the number of Crystal-Crested Buzzards that can circle a player.

  • Fixed a crash on load related to the Moonstorms.
  • Dead Red and Blue Hounds will no longer be mutatable, and will have the correct visuals.
  • Shadow merms and the corpses that they came from will no longer be mutatable.
  • Fixed Crystal-Crested Buzzards to be targetable by the attack key, instead of force attack.
  • Fixed Bright-Beaked Bird’s chest gem being missing in its art.
  • Fixed an issue with the number of circling Crystal-Crested Buzzards duplicates on a player leaving and rejoining.
  • Fixed crash when Terramite mines Glommer’s Statue.
  • Fixed Walter’s storytelling not stopping when fire runs out.
  • Fixed Waxed Pumpkin Heads not saving properly.
  • Fixed a crash with the Sanctum crashing on load.
  • Fixed a crash with the fake Koalefant carcass when the game saves.

[/p][h3]New Login Reward[/h3][p][/p][p]The “Supercapa-sitter” skin for the Replica Relic Chair is also available as a login reward. [/p][p]And finally, all players will receive a second Trick-or-Treat chest containing one random Hallowed Nights costume set. Additionally items from the Hallowed Nights Collection and Costume Collection will have increased drop rates for the duration of the event!  That's it for now! We're continuing on as we head toward the end of the year. As you have seen with this years Hallowed Nights content, we've dipped into a little bit of game content as well. You can expect something similar for Winter's Feast and then we're on to Lunar New Year content.[/p]

  • Fixed a crash on load with Boulderboughs desolation regrowth.
  • Fixed Geothermite eating sound persisting at times.
  • Fixed Geothermite not transitioning to obstacle physics when in its vent state.
  • Fixed Geothermite improperly calculating heat rate when blowing.
  • Fixed bug where Relics that appear in the Sanctum could be deconstructed, causing a crash.

We have a couple of surprises for you today. 

First, we have a Follow-Up release for the "From Beyond - Ancient Echoes" update!

Highlights Include:[/p]
  • [p]Items pulled down the giant whirlpool are now grouped in a single pile that can be rummaged to retrieve them.[/p]
  • [p]Replaced the path to one of the Fountain rooms with a new puzzle room in the Sanctum.[/p]
  • [p]Ruins and Sanctum Relics can now be used as furniture decoration.[/p]
  • [p]Geothermite creature found in the Fumarole biome[/p]
[p]Login Reward[/p][p][/p][p]We're also adding the “Bearger Fur Roll” skin for the Fur Roll. Simply log in to the game to claim it. 

And - one other special thing. 
We've been quietly working on something special for you to tie up some loose threads with the Don't Starve lore. For a while now, we have been handling lore mostly through game content and Intermissions, but starting now, we'll also be periodically presenting some extra hidden lore content for you. Sometimes this may be a simple comic, or it may be something a little more... interesting. We want to ease you back into things, so we'll keep it simple.

Extra resources for delivering lore have always been somewhat of a challenge. Sometimes it takes us longer than other times. Planning time and the effort required can be hard to justify for something that is sort of just for fun. Especially when we have something we are trying to convey in the lore. Coordinating things in such a way that is worth our time and yours has always been a labour of love. Together, we have come up with some new methods to make this fun and engaging for all of us. As you will see, this will come in different forms and at different times. Many of you will be interested. Understandably, some of you may not. Still, we hope that the result is more of lore that you love and a fun way to pass the time between updates. 

You now have everything you need to begin! Once you think you have found it. You haven't. Look further - but somewhere else.   • Prefab densities for retrofitted Lunar Islands, Lunar Grotto, and Fumarole biomes will now properly be populated.
    • This means world regrowth will properly work within these areas.
    • This fix has also been applied onto already existing retrofits of these areas.
  • Fixed Abigail's flower missing its inventory images for the Swashbuckler skin.
  • Fixed Wormwood's Survivor skin missing various leaves.
  • Fixed some grey art popping through some Primal skins.
  • Fixed Wendy's Swashbuckler head skin having a black skirt.
  • Fixed Wendy's Read's Rags missing the bracelets.
  • Fixed a crash for when mods remove the Chasm in the Sanctum.
  • Fixed being unable to place bridges in the Lunar Grotto retrofit and certain parts of the Lunar Grotto.
  • Fixed Wandering Trader appearing right next to the first player in the world at the Florid Postern.
  • Fixed bug with Terramites becoming invisible when reskinned while floating on water.
  • Fixed bug with Shadow Creatures and Gestalts causing pillars to collapse in the Sanctum puzzle room.
