Siren's Well News

Here is a promise I have been considering since the launch of Violet:

I will always be honest and realistic with everyone. Depending on the sales of Siren’s Well, I plan to rework TRAUMA Broken Paradise and Violet, bringing them as close as possible to Siren’s Well within their respective limitations. However, I need a sustainable income to support myself while undertaking this kind of work, as these updates will be free for everyone who already owns the games. 💡💰

Features such as full keybinding support across all games 🎮⌨️ could also be added. Developing a well-optimized and stable system takes a significant amount of time—otherwise, I would have implemented it already. ⏳⚙️

Additionally, improvements introduced in Siren’s Well, such as optional AutoSave 💾 and others, will also be integrated.

Even if Siren’s Well does not meet these requirements, I will still consider working on these updates after releasing future titles. Ultimately, everything depends on how players receive my work. 🙌🎭

Moving forward, I intend to use Siren’s Well’s system as the foundation for future games in the Siren’s Well saga. This will allow for more content, greater stability, fewer bugs, and faster access. 🚀🐞

After all, I’m a gamer too, you know? 🎮😏

This is it! The final update for the Siren’s Well DEMO is here. 🚪🔚
We’ve made key improvements to the overall experience, addressed important bugs, and refined combat mechanics based on your feedback. From now on, all further adjustments and bug fixes will be implemented in the final version of the game. Let’s dive into what’s new:

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Quality of Life Enhancements
✅ Fixed some Audio Settings issues.
✅ Fixed blood not spilling from enemies after multiple handgun shots.
✅ Fixed AI issues with enemies in the Padlock Room (Scarlett’s Scenario).
✅ Added missing footstep sounds in certain office areas.

⚔️ Combat & Gameplay Adjustments
🔹 Added Game Over hints to guide players after death.
🔹 New music added to Scarlett’s Office scenario for a deeper atmosphere.
🔹 New Stomping Action hint when an enemy is downed.
🔹 Enemies now stay on the ground longer after a headshot in Beginner and Easy modes.
🔹 Amanda Holloway & Dahlia Hemlocke will no longer be taken down by a simple handgun headshot—watch out! 👀

Hello, Survivors! 👋

We’re excited to bring you another update! This patch includes important improvements, new language support, and voice act enhancements for an even more immersive experience. Here’s what’s new:

Knife Improvements 🔪
- Now, when interacting with the knife in your inventory, you’ll receive a tip on how to use it effectively. This change is designed to make interactions and gameplay during exploration smoother.

Localization 🌍
- Added Polish language support to make the game accessible to more players around the world.

Voice Act Improvement 🎙️
- Reworked all patient notes and medical memos for both characters, making them more dynamic and easier to read, with significant improvements to voice audio.

Bug Fix 🛠️
- ✅ Fixed the issue that allowed players to reload their pistols after only storing the pistol in the item box while keeping the weapon ammo in their inventory.
- ✅ Fixed the issue that allowed players to walk while lying on the ground.

Remember: Siren's Well is not a combat-focused game. Think carefully before engaging enemies and use your resources wisely to ensure your survival! ⚖️

🛠 Fixes and Improvements:

- 🎮 Fixed the issue preventing players from using the Invert Y-Axis option for both gamepad and keyboard/mouse.
- 💀 Added a new message on the GameOver screen: "YOU ARE DEAD: Return to the main menu to try again..." to clarify confusion, as many players thought this was the end of the demo.
- 🏃‍♀️ Important Note for Survivors: Players who have reached the GameOver screen can keep playing! There's much more to the demo than you might think. The demo will inform you when it’s truly finished, so as long as you don’t see that message, the adventure isn’t over yet!

🛠 Fixes and Improvements:

- 🔧 Adjusted enemy attack delay on easy modes.
- 🎙 Fixed a rare bug with note voice acting when returning to the first and closing.
- 🔪 Fixed an issue where the knife appeared closer to enemies, making players use it when it should have been a dodge icon hint instead.
- 🩹 Fixed a bug where crafting a First Aid Kit with a full inventory consumed the items but didn’t grant the kit.
- ⚔ Improved the combat system, making knife usage more fluid.
