with passion hotter than the sun has officially begun.

First, let's talk about July.

As the beginning of the summer season, we’ve prepared a lot of content for July.
This roadmap will only cover the major updates, and more detailed information
will be shared through future update notes.


With the update on Wednesday, July 2nd, Selina and Ludrin have newly joined
the Premium Express lineup. Just by logging in, you can receive premium
characters along with the items needed for growth all for free!

Moving forward, we plan to add more characters that haven’t previously appeared
in Premium Express events.


We’re introducing a new competitive element for top-ranking players.
Players who achieve Platinum 3 or higher in Ranked Matches can compete
quarterly using All-Star League Points.

The key to the All-Star League is maintaining a certain tier each month while
also keeping a high win rate and a high number of matches.
You can aim to become the best while reducing stress from the Ranked system
through the clear point increase/decrease system unique to the All-Star League.

With the addition of the All-Star League, the Ranked Match page will also
undergo significant changes we ask for your anticipation and interest!


This summer’s balance patch will roll out in phases across July and August.
Key items for July include:

- Adjustment of the ranked match calculation formula and tier ranges (7/2)
- Launch of All-Star League for top-ranked players (7/16)
- Start of the Seasonal Trait System (7/30)
- Addition of new skills (7/30)
- Rebalancing and motion point updates for certain Rare or lower-tier characters
and outdated Legendary characters (7/30)

[color]The Trait System is being prepared with the following concept:[/color]
Skills will be shared across positions based on the season, allowing for a wide
variety of combinations to create new offensive and defensive playstyles.


Lastly, let’s take a look at what’s coming in August

In August, we plan to wrap up the summer season with the introduction of new
systems and special events.

A new Record Tracking System will be added to make your gameplay more
meaningful, and we’ll also be running cool and rewarding summer events!

There are still unrevealed details, which will be announced separately once
they’re ready.


A new system that allows you to easily access all of your Freestyle match
records will be introduced.

Since information is power, you’ll be able to search and access a wide range of
data from basic match info to advanced metrics to enhance your gameplay
experience.


New stat indicators tailored to Freestyle2’s gameplay will be added.

[color]Victory Efficiency:[/color] A stat that reflects both win rate and total matches played
[color]Face-Up:[/color] A stat that highlights tight, high-pressure defense
Additionally, stats that were previously not included in MVP scoring — such as
Jump Ball Wins, Effective Resistance, and the newly added Face-Up — will now
be reflected in MVP evaluations.

Experience how defense is becoming more critical than ever in determining
match outcomes.
