We’re Blown Away
First off: a massive THANK YOU for playing the demo, and an even bigger thank you for diving into the full game!
Honestly, we weren’t ready for this much love. You showed up, played hard, and made us seriously sweaty while we were hotfixing stuff.
It’s been amazing to see a community growing around the game, and from such wildly different backgrounds, too. We’re honored to have you all aboard this slightly chaotic ride.
Demo: Time to Say Goodbye (Cue the Sad Violin)
We hope you’ve had fun with the demo! The team really wanted to leave it up for the first weekend of the release. We hope it gave you a good taste of the core mechanics and helped you prepare for the full experience!
Since we want to focus on improving the full game, and because the demo no longer reflects the final version, we’ll be taking it offline in 24 hours. So if you were planning to try the demo tonight, have one last hurrah with your mates before it goes offline.
That said, we’re not ruling out bringing back a demo for special events in the future, although it would be a different version. We’ll keep you posted!
What's Coming Next
Now for the juicy part: the full game has
more updates in the pipeline than a coffee-fueled coder in crunch time (like we are right now).
Thanks to all your suggestions and feedback on Discord, we’re starting to prioritize the most requested features.
The first update is dropping this week, with new cosmetics and some quality-of-life improvements. We’ll talk more about those QoL upgrades in a future post (good cliffhanger, huh?).
Fashion Week: Sock Edition
Let’s talk style. We’re adding:
- Hats (for stylish heads)
- Accessories (for dramatic flair)
- New eyes (for maximum judgmental stares)
- Costumes (because why not go full fabulous?)
The costumes are being chosen by YOU on Discord, so hop in next time and make your voice heard!
Thanks a Million
Once again, thank you for making all of this possible.
We’re working our socks off to make the game even better, and we genuinely hope the upcoming updates will make you laugh, cry (happy tears only), and smash that "START AGAIN" button.
May the Sock be with you.
– Demon Max Team
