[h2]The Journey of Animal Spa[/h2]
Animal Spa began when the developers at Moonlab Studio and Sinkhole Studio visited public bathhouses while attending various game shows. Inspired by the fact that there weren’t many games themed around public bathhouses, we decided to combine the relaxing monitor-idle simulation style of Rusty’s Retirement with a bathhouse theme.
We started development in December 2024, and released the demo in February as part of Steam Next Fest, where it ranked in the Top 25 Most Played Demos.
Based on valuable feedback from players on Discord and the Steam Community, we continued polishing the game—and today, we are proud to officially launch it!
[h2]🛁 What Can You Enjoy in the Full Version?[/h2]
[h3]🗺️ New Themed Maps[/h3]
In addition to the starting town map, the full version includes eight themed stages.
From a seaside port city with a refreshing ocean breeze, to a fairytale forest covered with giant mushrooms, to a snowy and peaceful winter town—
collect keys and take your dog to explore a bigger world with beautiful day and night cycles.
[h3]🐾 More Animal Guests Arriving[/h3]
Furry sea otters, elegant reindeer, shy European rabbits...
In the full version, as you unlock new stages, more animal customers will visit your spa.
And if you meet certain requirements, you can even unlock mystery characters!

From bath product stalls to snack stands and jukeboxes,
the full version comes with richer facilities and decorations to customize your spa.
Use these items to create your very own spa style!
[h3]💌 Collect Animal Letters, Music, and New Illustrations[/h3]
Provide great service to satisfy your customers and unlock their letters and stories,
as well as new songs.
We’ve also added unique illustrations for every letter—
little animals, who aren't good with words, have picked up their paintbrushes to share their memories.
[h3]👨👩👧👦 Build Your Professional Staff Team & More[/h3]
With Little White, Golden Retriever, and Baby Oggo,
recruit more partners to help run your spa, welcome customers, and distribute flyers!
You can even upgrade your team with the Staff Training Room.

[h3]Q: Can I continue playing my demo save in the full version?[/h3]
A: Yes! You can carry over your demo progress and continue right where you left off in the full version.
[h3]Q: Can I play with friends?[/h3]
A: Animal Spa is primarily a single-player experience, but you can interact with friends in the following ways:
Use the Exchange Computer to obtain one of the 8 basic customers that your friend has but you don’t.
Collect all the basic customers to unlock a special star reward!
Use the Streaming Mode to let viewers visit your spa while you’re live streaming.
Check the Settings Tab in-game for detailed instructions!
[h3]Q: The game runs at the bottom of my screen. Can I resize it or go fullscreen?[/h3]
A: By default, the game runs at about one-third of your screen’s height,
allowing you to enjoy Animal Spa while working on other tasks without interruption.
Even when left idle, your spa will continue to operate!
You can adjust the game window’s height in the Settings Menu,
and use keyboard shortcuts to fine-tune the window size between minimum and maximum.
[h3]Q: What should I do if I find a bug?[/h3]
A: Please report it in our Discord channel or on the Steam Community!
We are continuously collecting feedback to improve the game experience.
If needed, we might ask you to share your save file or error report.
You can generate this automatically by clicking the bug icon at the bottom of the game screen.
[h3]Q: Does the game support Mac or Steam Deck?[/h3]
A: Just like the demo, the full version supports Windows and macOS, so feel free to enjoy the game on those platforms!
However, Steam Deck is not supported at this time.
