More fixes may be added as we approach closer to build launch. [/h3][p][/p][h3]These fixes, if approved, will be included in an updated build that we will be releasing in the coming week. [/h3][p][/p][h3]We have also made some progress into the missing binaries for Linux users, this and the next fix for the game engine is also being tested further to be able to be pushed into an update. [h3]We are currently experiencing issues with the latest game engine update that would allow more mods to load, rather than introduce new issues, we will delay the game engine update until a solution is found. We will continue testing to be able to release the next update in full soon.[/h3][p][/p][h3]We have reverted the initial fix of dinos/ships disappearing cryopod issue to prevent long load times with primalgamedata. This is a complicated issue, the developers have elected to roll back this fix to accelerate load times and provide a solution soon. On Tuesday (7/22), we released an update that included a fix for loading mods that will continue to be developed. Another solution will be coming soon. While we have specifically tested certain mods, we are going through a list provided by the community.[/h3][h3][/h3][h3]While the specific game engine issue is being addressed and is progressing, we would also like to iterate that FPS optimization and server cluster transfer work will be elevated to a higher priority on our pipeline. We will continue to provide updates on these issues as they are developed.[/h3][h3][/h3][h3]The last update on Friday (7/25) developed a potential issue with “PrimalGameData” taking a long time to load. The game might seem to be stalled but it does in fact load, it will take a while. After the first time loading, joining servers/loading into the game returns to normal speed. We advise that players do not bail out/close the program and let the program load normally for the first time.[/h3][h3][/h3][h3]Currently, we are dealing with a few complex issues regarding fixes that are going into the next update, we hope to have an update soon.
