The second beta version of the free Julia in Japan DLC is ready for you to play and share your feedback.
In the previous version we received over 300 feedback responses, thank you so much.
There’s still room for improvement, and we’re counting on you.

How to play
If you already own FreshWomen Season 2 in your Steam library:

• Open your library and select FreshWomen Season 2
  
• Right click the game and choose the BETAS option
  
• In the Private Betas field, enter the code: juliainjapanbeta01
  
• The Julia in Japan version will unlock automatically
  

About this beta

Julia is no longer just exploring Japan.
Now she has to handle things on her own, put her training to use, and show real progress.
You’ll see more direct scenes, stronger moments, and a few new sex sequences that fit naturally into this stage of the story.

• Added input mapping compatible with dance-style controls for Steam Deck
  
• Improved rhythm-game interface on Steam Deck
  
• Added time limit for songs in normal difficulty

• There is still no voice acting.

In this game, Julia looks back on the trip she took to Japan before she met you.
You’ll see how she had to deal with a new culture, unfamiliar places and challenges she never imagined she would have to face.



What you need to know.

• The story mixes cinematic scenes with the classic visual novel style. You will notice this new approach in some parts of the experience.
  
• The sex scenes were also created in a different way. Three artists worked together and the animations use motion capture technology.
  

• There is no voice acting in this version.
  
• Since this is a beta, you may find pending adjustments. Your feedback is essential for us to understand what should be improved in the final version.

Hey, FreshMen!

Over the past few months, some of our members have been working on a secret project called "Julia in Japan".

It’s a fun story where Julia travels to Japan and is welcomed by a local friend who shows her around.

Julia never turns down a challenge. During her trip, she joins a dance contest that pushes her to the limits of dedication and effort.

You’ll join Julia on this journey soon, but first, there are a few things you should know.

This will be the first Beta version of Julia in Japan open for testing.
The goal is to explore new ways of storytelling and scene creation, mixing cinematic moments with classic visual novel style. This allows us to deliver more story within realistic production deadlines.

The sex scenes were also created in a new way, with three different artists and motion capture animation technology.

This time, there won’t be any voice acting, giving us total freedom to adapt the script and animations.

How to test:
