New achievements and bugfixes

Hi guys,

the new update 1.0.9 released.

improvements:
- added new achievements
- added progressive achievements

bugfixes:
- fixed problem with laying trees (after game restore)
- fixed occasionally bad buildings angles
- fixed menu activity out of game window
- fixed game ending after kill the ruler
- fixed and improved firefighters
