Bugfixes, better bug reporting, improved stability and more

the new update 1.0.12 has been released.

improvements:
+ any person (nobleman) can be renamed by player
+ crashed game will be restored automatically
+ added tool for config.txt editing

bugfixes:
!+ fixed unstable bad mesh normal computing
!+ fixed bad memory allocations
+ improved bug reporting system
