Creating gardens and lots of other improvements

new update 1.0.42 has been released

improvements:
+ gardening: possibility to add plants, build "gardens"
+ improved design of the top bar
+ improved constructions of military buildings
+ improved curfew management

bugfixes:
!+ fixed critical bug: crash during window/fullscreen switching
