New building "belfry" and demo of new engine

Hi guys,

new patch 1.0.40 (+ hotfix 1.0.40b) has been released

improvements:
+ added demo of new engine Archaeopteryx 2 (Arx2)
+ added new building "Belfry": allows to control curfew

bugfixes:
!+ fixed critical bug "Out of memory" during the game saving
!+ fixed bug SetProcessorOptimizer:223 (Attempted to divide by zero)
!+ fixed bug with wrong positions of barbarians fortresses
+ the player's character is "immortal" for 2 weeks
