Hotfix Update (Version 1.02.01)

Hello everyone,

A hotfix update has been applied today.
The main details are as follows:

- Added a feature that allows users to change the order of registered local music tracks.

- Fixed an issue where there was a delay when switching to the next track during MP3
-format local music playback.
- Fixed an issue where there was a delay when switching to the next track during FLAC
-format local music playback.
- Fixed an issue where long local music titles were not displayed properly.
- Fixed an issue where music would not automatically start when restarting the game after it was closed during playback in certain situations.
- Fixed an issue where interactions with the room and furniture could not be performed in mini mode when the album or ambient sound UI was open.
- Fixed an issue where the second decoration in Room 3 was being blocked by the memo furniture.
- Localized the "Web Music Playing" text that appears when the embedded UI is launched.

We sincerely apologize to those who experienced inconvenience due to these bugs.

Update: New Furniture + New Album + Local File Playback Feature

Hello, everyone!

We’re excited to share that several highly requested features—new furniture, a new album, and local file playback—have been completed and are now available in this update.

[h3]1. New Furniture and Background Skins[/h3]

a. More than 10 new themed furniture sets have been added.


b. 10 new background skins have been added.

a. A new Acoustic Guitar album with 24 relaxing tracks has been added.

[h3]3. Local File Playback Feature[/h3]

a. You can now add and play music files in MP3, OGG, WAV, and FLAC formats.
(*Track sorting for local files will be supported in a future update.)

[h3]1. Web Link and Embedded Browser Features[/h3]

a. Added support for external links (YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify).
(※ These links open in your default web browser and are not embedded within the game.)
b. A Beta version of the embedded player has been added. Please note that there may be limitations in functionality or performance. (*Login and live streaming are not supported.)

[h3]2. Timer Improvements[/h3]
a. You can now choose from 30 different alarm sounds.
b. You can now enter timer durations manually, including decimal values (e.g., 90 seconds).
c. Maximum session and break time can now be set up to 999 minutes.

[h3]3. Memo Feature Improvements[/h3]
a. When a new memo is added, the view will now automatically scroll to the new memo.

[h3]4. To-Do List Improvements[/h3]
a. You can now rearrange to-do items using drag-and-drop.

a. Added an option to launch the game automatically when Windows starts.
b. Added a feature to set an FPS limit.
c. Added an option to disable box notifications in mini mode (including during timer sessions).

[h3]6. Music Player Enhancements[/h3]
a. Added the ability to exclude specific tracks from the playlist.
b. When ambient sounds or music are paused before exiting, the game will now resume with the same pause state.
c. Changed default ambient sound volume on first launch from 30% to 100%.

a. Improved text and icon visibility when changing background images.
b. Changed the furniture category label from “Ladder” to “Decoration.”

a. Fixed unnatural character position when lying on the bed in Room 3.
b. Fixed tooltips not appearing for mini mode buttons.
c. Fixed ambient sound playback state not syncing in real time.
d. Fixed swapped images between the first and third floor tiles in Room 2.
e. Fixed occasional malfunction of furniture functions after unlocking Room 2.
f. Fixed tutorial progress animation not playing.
g. Fixed distorted furniture appearance when selecting unpurchased furniture during placement animation.
h. Fixed unexpected issues when activating mini mode in locked rooms.
i. Fixed incorrect furniture information display when changing rooms during furniture preview.
j. Fixed incorrect skin color icons for memos, to-do lists, and timer skins.
k. Fixed timer’s ready state background not displaying correctly on game startup.
l. Fixed untranslated memo titles on game startup.

We are continuing development as planned in our previously announced roadmap, while also doing our best to incorporate additional feedback from our players.

Hotfix Update (Version 1.01.01)

Hello, everyone.
This is the development team of Mini Cozy Room: Lo-Fi.

We have released a hotfix update today.
The main changes are as follows:

- Fixed an issue where save files could become corrupted under certain conditions.
- Added a feature to automatically create a backup copy, allowing recovery in case a save file becomes corrupted.
- Added a "Open Log Folder" button to the settings UI to assist with bug reporting to the support team.

We sincerely apologize to anyone who experienced inconvenience due to these bugs.
We will conduct even more thorough QA in the future to prevent such issues.

New Outfits & Mini Mode Improvements Update

Hello, everyone!

It’s been quite a while since we announced the update plans.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and deeply thank you for your patience.

We’re currently working through the update roadmap, and as a priority, we’ve completed development on “New Outfits” and “Mini Mode Improvements.”

Here are the full patch details:

- Added new hairstyles and outfits


- Added a new “House View” mode in Mini Mode

Music Player Improvements
- Added detailed volume control: adjust music, ambient sounds, effects, and timer volumes separately via a popup UI next to the volume slider (screenshots recommended)
- Display album titles
- Clicking the album name pauses/resumes the billboard animation
- Show ambient sound playback status
- Play/pause all ambient sounds
- Changed label from “Sound” to “Ambient”

Mini Mode Improvements
- Added menu to toggle memos, to-do list, and timer independently
- Timer countdown now shown as a small slider at the bottom
- Added global ambient play/pause button
- Hovering over the play button now shows the currently playing track as a tooltip

Wardrobe Improvements
- Added zoomed-in character view
- Improved hair type/color selection UI (added color selection window)

- Timer now also displays remaining time as text
- Improved very slow scroll speed throughout the UI
- Changed design of the exit popup

- Fixed animation not showing when LPs run out on the turntable
- Fixed unintended text appearing on the monitor depending on timer position
- Fixed slider display issue when timer is paused
- Fixed broken scroll image in the decoration window
- Fixed eye images not showing properly while drawing on tablet
- Fixed unintended message when clicking unowned skins in initial setup screen
- Fixed dark UI text on dark gradient background
- Fixed certain pets not unlocking in some environments
- Fixed launch issues in specific environments
