palate cleanser no longer soft locks the game when used in tandem with cut gloves

Added the following features:
- you can now left click on your typed word to backspace letters (for touchscreen use, mainly)
- easier first floor enemies for new players

fixed the folloing bugs:
- game crashing when loading run from older build
- "burn" numbers displayed on non-burning letters
- anger managed achievement falsely triggering
- fury being added to tool damage

- nerfed icy izzie
- buffed cowering tower
- first ever run will now always have the same 2 enemies
- you can now left click on tools to cancel them
