This caused following problems.
1. Abusers were ranked at the top of the “Weekly Popularity Ranking”
2. It made players puzzled.

We deeply apologize to you.

We will do as following.
1. We will fix the weakness. We will make our service more stable.
2. Through investigation, discovered abusers are suspended. Additional investigation is ongoing. Abusers will be suspended as soon as discovered.

To avoid unnecessary damage, we ask players to following cooperation.
1. If you receive a gift from unknown player, please leave the mail at the mailbox.
2. If you notice GM about the gift, it will be faster and safer.
3. If you receive the item, you may not use the character temporarily while we retrieve the item.
