Hotfix 02.03.2020
We updated a game to fix an error which the game doesn't run. Please restart the Steam client to download this update.
1. Fixed an error which the game doesn't run.
Please try our basic troubleshooting as in following:
1. Run Windows and Steam as an administrator:
- How to:
A. Windows Admin.
1) Select “Start” and type “CMD“.
2) Right-click “Command Prompt” then choose “Run as administrator“.
3) If prompted, enter a username and password that grants admin rights to the computer.
4) Type: net user administrator /active:yes
5) Press “Enter“.
B. Steam
1) Right-click Steam
2) Run it as an administrator
2. End unnecessary programs and anti-virus programs.
3. Allow the game through Windows Firewall.
4. Update your Windows and graphic drivers up to dated.
5. Delete a GameGuard folder located in LoveBeat installation directory.

- How to create it?
1) Press Windows Key + R.
2) Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3) In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4) Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.
5) Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
f. GameGuard.zip
- How to create it?
1) Navigate to your LoveBeat installation directory
2) Right-click on GameGuard folder
3) Hover your cursor over the “Send to” option. it will open a new submenu
4) Select “Compressed (zipped) folder”
