v0.16 - Assemblers and Modules!

v0.16 is released!

The new assembler building has been added! It is meant as a mid-game building.

New building: Assembler




The assembler produces modules! You get a random module every 60 seconds.



New mechanic: Modules

Modules are like "equipment" that can be inserted into buildings to boost its stats.



You can make a building produce resources faster. Or decrease its energy consumption. Or decrease its heat production (for relevant buildings). There is even a combat module that boosts turret's attack speed.



Higher-end buildings have more module slots. Some buildings may start with just two slots, but increase their number of slots when upgraded!

Up next, I am working on beacons, buildings which buff the stats of buildings near it. They will cost modules to build, but they are a one-time cost and will passively boost nearby buildings.



This update also fixes Xenite not dropping, and after obtaining your first Xenite, you can see how many more kills are required to get the next Xenite. As your drop rate increases, the number of kills required to get Xenite goes down.

v0.15 - New buildings, Xenite!

v0.15 is released!



New buildings!


You can now unlock new buildings when launching bombs.
  1. A city block provides more population than towns.
  2. Faraday's Turret provides more firepower than even the Pulsar, and is now the strongest turret in the game.
  3. There is even the zero energy cooler that reduces heat without costing energy!


New Resources!


A new resource has been added to the game:
Xenite will now drop from enemies.

v0.14.0 - Bomb Upgrades!

Hey all!



I've added bomb tiers! You can now upgrade your bomb to deal more damage.



The mothership has also had its HP increased.



Bomb tiers are still a work in progress and will be rebalanced as the game is developed.

v0.13 - Spires!

v0.13 introduces a new building concept: Spires.



Spires can be built to antagonize the aliens, making them spawn faster or in bigger quantities.

Respectively, they reward people who want to take risks or simply want more challenge.



The Provocation Spire allows you to end the wave earlier, letting you construct the bomb faster.
The Aggression Spire gives you more loot!
I wanted to add this as it speeds up the game loop, making it tighter!

Demo out now!

Hi all,

I’m excited to share that the demo for Last Fuse is now live and ready to play! 🔥
