[p][/p][p][/p][h2]🚀 The playtest for the updated demo has ended! 🚀[/h2][p][/p][p]First off, a huge thank you to all our playtesters.
We’ve received an incredible amount of feedback over the past week – we truly appreciate it![/p][p][/p][p]More than 1,000 players took part in our demo survey.[/p][p][/p][p]Thanks to you, we’ve been able to identify and fix a variety of bugs for the new demo version, and we’ve also received tons of suggestions for improving the game.[/p][p][/p][p]The most frequent points of feedback focused on:[/p]

• [p]the XP system and how quickly players earn XP[/p]
• [p]the time it takes to mine rocks and growths[/p]
• [p]the behavior and movement speed of the robots[/p]

[p][/p][p]We're already hard at work making improvements in these areas, and some of them will already be included in the upcoming demo update.[/p][p][/p][p]We’re currently aiming to release the updated demo on August 7th.

[p]The playtest for the updated demo is live! If you haven’t joined yet, you can sign up on our Steam page and check out the Star Ores Inc. demo until July 21st.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]What’s new?
We took your feedback on the first demo seriously: many players felt it was too short and didn’t show enough of the gameplay. So we’ve expanded the content significantly![/p]

• [p]🔓 More caves & new areas waiting to be explored[/p]
• [p]🔥 Smelty-Tron: use this machine to craft ore bars[/p]
• [p]⚒️ Ore Drills: place them on ore fields to automate mining[/p]
• [p]🎨 Decorations: first modules to customize and beautify your station[/p]
• [p]🤖 New robots: more helpful companions to unlock[/p]
• [p]🐞 Bug fixes: lots of reported issues from the first demo are resolved[/p]
• [p]🕹️ More movement options: Jumping, running and crouching are now in – a highly requested feature![/p]
