- added land vehicle type (bus) to the island furthermost from the main island (F to enter and exit vehicle)

- moved large islands closer to the main islands (will take a lot less time to swim or fly there)


* will add options tonight to reset vehicle positions in case you park your heli or bus under the terrain.

- fixed a number of visual glitches with water shader
- vitals slowly damage player when depleted instead of instantly killing, being in the ocean will deplete your dryness

- removed billboard mode from 1st grass texture (very expensive for most pc's, I will later add options to re enable it) again, lowering grass draw distance and things like AA and filtering modes will improve performance if needed

- imported steamworks dot net and began setting up steamworks integration for this experimental version

- re baked culling for objects on the distant islands
