Translation Contribution Update

As some of you may know, we have been receiving contributions from our players for proofreading and translating the game into languages other than English for some time. We currently have Github project pages set up for the English and Portuguese translation of the game and also have recently set up a new project page for the German translation of Tree of Savior.
